A decent hotel that's centrally located in Phnom Penh. The hotel is clean and the room was sufficient enough during my one night stay here. One thing was missing was the atmosphere; it felt markedly colder and more business-like compared to Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh. Other than that, I liked my stay here.

Citadines is an excellent choice if you’re in Phnom Penh for business. Its location is not ideal if you fancy a walk about as there isn’t much within walking distance, but tuck-tucks are readily available to transport you to the Central Market or riverside area for between 2 to 3 dollars. There’s a small shop next to the hotel from which you can get any necessities. The room decor, along with an amazing view, is fantastic with everything you would need. If you can ‘splash out’ on a one bedroom deluxe go for it as it offers far more space including a full refrigerator, a 2 burner hob and a washing machine neither of which we needed to use. Breakfast is also good with a variety of choices. Overall, a clean modern hotel with polite helpful staff!

Comfortable stay with a good breakfast selection. The room was very clean with all the amenities you would expect. They do everything well but don’t expect any extras or nice touches.

Lovely pool and gym, and great breakfasts. Rooms can be on the small side for the basic room. Location is under development so a litle barren but a short ride away from town centre.

According to explanation by reception and signboard, breakfast is open 630 but it was not open on time everyday.

This property and my room were perfect for a one night stay in Phnom Penh before I flew out the following morning. The drive to the airport is not very long. In the evening however, I did not see many places to eat and the hotel restaurant menu didn't interest me. I ended up finding a good place about 15 minutes walk away. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I would recommend Citadines for a short stay. The pool is also beautiful!

The property is newer with some quirks to it overall. It had an amazing gym, great views, and some convenient things like free laundry machines usage. One major issue was pretty bad noise transfer from the hallways into the room which the wonderful staff cannot do much about. The hotel has many great restaurants and some shopping and eateries close by. I just wish the noise issue wasn't so bad. Literally at 1AM someone at another unit was making loud sounds and it made it really hard to sleep. Can't fully recommend it, but if you're a heavy sleeper, it'd work out great!

It’s clean and smells good. We liked the window view from our room and the hot shower with good body gel. The washing machine works perfectly (AI). The gym is big with all the necessary equipment. The swimming pool is beautiful and it was always cool and breezy up there. You can order pool side food from a small menu selection. The building is well equipped with modern technology. The room key only gave you access to the permitted floors, which was a great security feature. Also, your room power only functions when you enter your key into the power outlet. This is the only time your DND is on so HK staff will know when you’re not in the room. The staff are nice and respectful. We also enjoyed eating at the restaurant during our stay there. The food quality and taste were excellent. After all, it’s a pleasant experience.
