Very nice and spacious. Very new hotel. Good location.

飯店房間設備佳,非常舒適！但是房間的隔音效果非常差,包含天花板的水管水流聲及房外旅客的說話聲都嚴重干擾到睡眠品質。另外熱水無法持久供應,泡澡水只放一點就變成冷水了,所以無法泡澡。

房價超平，整體來說很好，實而不華。職員態度很友善。

飯店在機場到市中心的路上, 從機場到市中心大約是機場到飯店的3倍距離,搭了1次計程車及2次嘟嘟車,司機都不知道路,即使給了飯店名片, 而且expedia訂單上的電話是錯的, 差點就到不了飯店, 建議帶飯店地圖去比較好, 飯店還乾淨,只是我住的房間有蚊子,4天下來打死了不下10隻,最好帶蚊香去, 早餐普普,中西式各5道,服務人員態度不錯,飯店有提供免費的市區巴士,但只有3班,如果班次可以多點就好了, 出門都要搭嘟嘟或計程車,不太方便,到市區會塞車,要30分鐘以上,另外熱水只夠淋浴,泡澡要等30分鐘水才會再熱

此飯店離市區較遠，開車去市區約需要30小時，如果塞車會更久。我們在check in時，明明訂了四間房，但飯店確說是只有三間，到最後才同意給四間房間。在抵達飯店前有寫了幾封信件，但回覆信件時間非常慢，打電話去飯店也無人接聽。四間房間其中一間有蚊子，導致被盯非常多個胞，和飯店要蚊香沒有，但隔天有幫忙換房間。另一個房間則是沒熱水也是隔天有說要幫忙換。唯一好的一點是游泳池很不錯

I love the cleanliness & staffs are professional. If I were to change one thing...I wish there should be a better options or selections for breakfast!

I booked this hotel at the last minute upon my arrival into the Phnom Penh international airport. The price I paid was a fair price if everything was perfect. Unfortunately, everything wasn’t perfect. That’s probably because they haven’t been using the rooms that much due to the pandemic. The other issue that I had with the hotel room itself was the hot water for the bath lasted about a minute or two and then it cooled down quickly to where I couldn’t really take a very hot bath. I’m not sure if each room has an individual water heater, but something wasn’t quite right. The bed in the room was absolutely fantastic. As for breakfast in the morning, there was some confusion as to the prices. The hotel had three picture signs in the breakfast area and the breakfast that I wanted to pay for was $4.90 in the picture. The waitress wasn’t familiar with that particular price or breakfast. She told me that the normal breakfast was $12. I wasn’t interested in a big breakfast and asked her about the $4.90 price on the picture and she had to call her boss. The boss spoke to me and said you want the $4.90 breakfast? I said yes, and I handed the phone back over to the waitress and the waitress handed me a big menu. The problem was that the big menu didn’t have the breakfast for 499. It didn’t have any breakfast in there. I got frustrated, and ended up just walking out of the restaurant. I asked the front desk clerk about the giant ibis transport companies location and they were of no help

Great team working in the midst of COVID19. All precautions were obvious and left me feeling safe and respected. All amenities were not operating fully due to preventative measures although still a comfortable stay.

Overall high appearance and comfort. Friendly staff and excellent food services. Good value to traveler.

두번째 이용이였고 훌륭함.

Good enough. Nothing to complain.

It’s a gem in the area. It looks like the hotel was built or renovated recently. Breakfast buffet was very good. Shower room had a problem with a drain but did not flood so I didn’t call the front desk. Otherwise I couldn’t have found a better one.

깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 자만, 16층이 식당이라 15층 객실에서 식당 의자 끄는 소리가 납니다.

전체적으로 다 좋았습니다. 두가지만 아쉬웠는데 방에 퇴근하고 들어가니 wifi가 안되어서 그 다음날 조치된점. 냉장고 맥주 마신이후 다시 채워져있지않았습니다.

It was nice to have access to the good size gym with many equipment and large swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was great with pho and more. Front desk staffs were always try to help with requests.

Liked the spacious room. Disliked the foul smell that greeted me each time the door to the room opens.

プノンペンで数少ない５つ星ホテル。 周囲が、ゴミを放置したまだまだ未整備な場所に囲まれているので、これらと合わせて改善しないといけないだろう。 朝食ビュッフェも頑張っているが、毎日メニューが変わらず味はイマイチ、唯一パンは美味しかった。

google mapで違う場所（過去の住所？）が示され、非常に分かりにくかった。
