There is no swimming pool which is a same some people moved to other hotels for that reason

Hotellet er temmelig slidt, og beliggende i et område af byen, der ikke længere er aktivt. Nedlagte hoteller og casinoer, tilgroede og fyldt med affald på vejen. Morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke tiltalende, med temmelig indtørret mad. Sød og venlig betjening. Meget ringe til engelsk

nous avons eu une chambre au dernier étage ( 8) avec un petit balcon et vue sur la plage. C'était très agréable et la vue était superbe. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Dåligt frukost .

Trevligt rum, trevlig personal, bra frukost, men lite tråkigt läge. Väldigt lugnt under lågsässong.

Hotel staff not able to understand basic request in English, like 'I need ice', ' ice cubes'. Concierge not able to assist or provide information on nearby location or help communicate with local on travel needs. Many times, i came back and found my room door left ajar with no cleaner inside. No wonder they cited they are not responsible for any lost of valuables. When I left my passport at the counter for the safekeeping, they merely put it at a drawer, instead of putting it at a safe-deposit box at the reception. It's a pain to travel from hotel to other beaches or to downtown. The local tuk-tuk or motor-guy simply ripe-off tourists dollars like charging 4-5 USD when it should be like 2 USD. This is after I spoke to expats who stayed at sihaknoville for some times. Staying near downtown could cost 1-2 USD to get around, saves your the transport cost haggling pain.

Er ikke et 4-stjernet hotel. Det meste af personalet var meget dårlige til engelsk. Utæt restaurant i regnvejr, området ved poolen og fitnessrummet trænger til en kærlig hånd. Det positive var rengøringen af værelset. Godt værelse på øverste etage med balkon.

had room servce once and was not satisfied ... long wait, cold food. Pool bar has limited hours. Hotel staff friendly. Located over a block from the beach, not far. Very few bars, restaurants within easy walking distance.

Je garde de cet hôtel une impression mitigée , quoique dans l'ensemble , plutôt favorable . Chambres relativement confortables . Belle vue sur la mer . Mais hôtel loin de la ville . Piscine encastrée entre des murs . Mais personnel d'une gentillesse extrême . Hôtel parfois calme mais parfois très bruyant lorsque des cars entiers de Vietnamiens viennent fêter le Nouvel An Chinois .

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff went out of their way to help you out. however the location for me was a bit of a let down. I am a younger person and was looking for more of the party lifestyle but this hotel isn't located well for that. it cost $5 each way in a tuk tuk to get to serendipity beach. overall however my stay was pleasant and I will recommend it to anybody wanting a peaceful relaxing stay.

While the hotel room was clean, roomy and comfortable, the staff didn't speak English very well. WiFi was very sketchy, but this might have been a one-time occurrence (when asked the staff explained the IT people were working on it). By itself, the hotel was decent but nothing too special. The biggest issue we had with the hotel was the location. If you want to go anywhere from the hotel, you have to take a tuc-tuc or taxi. There is literally nothing on walking distance.

Hotelzimmer soch sauber aber sehr abgewohmt. Teils kaputtes mobiliar. Schaebige gegend. Kaputte strassen. Schlecht gelegen. Fruehstieck ist sehr schlecht. Werde nicht wiederkommen.

It is good hotel. over looking sea view room,large room, nice swimming pool, just 3mints walk to the beach.some good sea foods restaurant on the beach.only problem hot water.
