Very good hotel with excellent services. Walking distance to the night market and pub street. Highly recommend to any travelers.

職員服務好好，耐心介紹成個酒店同房既設施，仲教我地當地簡單既語言，非常感動既係，我只係講咗句生日trip 之後，響正日當日仲好快咁佈置咗間房，好靚，酒店入面消費既價錢好合理，基本上住響入面可以好好享受spa等設施唔出去都得

我們一到機場，酒店員工Lily已經在出口等我們，當然機場接載需要提前跟酒店聯絡。員工十分友善！樂於幫助客人！我同行的朋友不小心扭到腳，我們回到酒店跟Lily說需要冰塊做冰敷，她立刻表示在柬埔寨有藥膏可以塗抹，看我們需不需要。真的很貼心。過了不久Lily拿藥膏和冰塊上來給我們，到這裡我們已經非常滿意了！然而更驚喜的是，Lily怕我們不會使用，主動幫我朋友擦藥！這個服務讓我們十分感動～而且每天員工們也會關心朋友的狀況～真的很窩心～金廟是我住過服務最好的酒店！十分推薦入住！ 其他優點： 鄰近Pub street 和夜市，一街之隔，十分方便，但因為隔了一條街，又不會太吵，地理位置優越！ 早上有木片琴演奏，晚上也有其他表演！ 缺點： 穿了他們的室內拖鞋走路有點吵 洗手盆不夠深，水開太大會反彈出來 洗澡位置如果有可移動的花灑會更好，現在只有固定在頭頂的那款

Service excellent food is very good very convenient for traffic

Very nice hotel. With pool and spa. 2 minute walk to local night market, 3 minute walk to pub street. Breakfast is buffet western style and Khmer style. Room is big with balcony. My room was facing west and you can watch the sunset right inside your room. Other rooms facing east and you can watch sun rise too. Service was excellent. Free pick up at airport and hotel to airport. Staff accompanied to make sure you're fine on the way to and from airport. They served free cold drinks in the car on the way to hotel. Nice. They provide you a phone yo keep contact with the hitel when you're at outside. Nice. Their compliment to serve you an hour spa free and a free lunch per person. Nice. The quality of their services were like mother caring so much of her son. Seriously. The hotel was clean and elegant. 5 star. I can say this hotel has everything as world famous 5 star hotels like Ritz Carlton Marriott etc...except it is comparatively smaller and much lower in price.

每一日都見到接待員既笑容，好親切。他們好熱情照招待，有welcome snack, tea set, 真係未住過甘多野送既hotel...真係好抵。。。 地點好近夜市同酒吧街。不用坐車。又包來回機場接送。。真係好好既一間hotel.

Staff were willing to go out of their way to ensure the customer has a great experience.

Everything is so great! The greetings and smiles from the hotel were so warm. Everyday when we came back to the hotel, we felt just like going home. We could get the information we needed from the front desk. The room was so clean, and the environment was so comfortable that we really liked to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The foods were delicious. The fish soup of the dinner really impressed us. Really nice stay!

酒店位于市中心，所处的地理位置很好，吃饭、购物很方便。酒店的服务也很热情。唯一有点遗憾的是，我想要两个单人床房间，貌似酒店只有一个双人大床那样的房间。还有，游泳池好像不能游泳，只是个摆设，入住三天，好像没有人游泳。

The best hotel in Siem Reap

The staffs are nice and extremely helpful. The location is just next to the Pub Street and Night Markets. No need to call any Tuk tuk. One candle night dinner, massage for each guest, and round trip tranfer from airport are included as benefits.

This is a delightful hotel right in the middle of town.

The location was perfect in terms of nearby shops, restaurants and areas of interest. Our room was spacious and well kept. Perhaps the most impressive aspect of the hotel, and there were many, was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. They went over the top to provide help and to make our stay more comfortable in every way. I would certainly recommend it to others looking for a quiet and comfortable place in the center of much action.

Everything was fine. Beds comfortable. Staff and management excellent, but hotel is a bit tired . A few quid here and there would make the place fantastic. Book Airport shuttle both directions with Mr Yuth. Worth every dollar.
