staff are nice and hotel location is good near where I like to go

In front of a wet market quite mess and smelly. Sound insulation of room is poor.

酒店位置方便，整體舒適整潔，物超所值，臨近市場 酒吧挺方便的。

這間酒店，非常近大巴站，交通不用坐另外的交通工具便可以到達酒店。只要步行兩個街口，便可以從大巴站到酒店。近夜市，但是，夜市是沒有什麼特別的。酒店可以延遲退房到兩點鐘，方便我們整頓行李。 員工指引也非常清晰。 其實金邊冇乜嘢玩，都係周圍行吓

距離觀光區很近。 飯店地點就在河的旁邊，晚上走走後回飯店很方便。 服務人員都很和善。

Breakfast was great; good location, close to most of the tourist attractions, but the cups provided inside the room was dirty - don't use it!

I found some bugs inside my single room, they changed other big room for me. Thanks a lot

Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a great spread and variety. The rooms were comfy and cold with a great view of the river.

ビジネスで利用しました。部屋はコンパクトですが清潔で、スタッフの対応も良く、さらに屋上プールはジャグジーもあって、快適に過ごせました。

Fabulous room. Very clean and modern. Lovely shower with separate bathtub. Excellent wi-fi, tv with plenty of channels including English language. Staff were very nice and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Skybar and pool were also very good. My only choice when staying in Phnom Penh.

The staff here were very nice and the pool area is spectacular. I was disappointed in my bed - it was very hard - but everyone has different expectations and i understand that.

The staff was very nice and we loved them.

I had a wonderful stay overall,  the staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and the daily breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The room was spotless and well‑appointed, and all common areas were impeccably maintained. My only drawback was the bed: it was quite hard and left me aching after a few nights. A mattress topper or softer option would make a big difference. If the hotel upgrades its bedding, it would easily be a five‑star experience. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

Amazing staff very friendly. I enjoyed my stay until the air conditioning stopped cooling my room the last two nights of my stay. I was forced to stay at another hotel due to very very hot weather. I returned to check out two days later and air conditioning was repaired. I understand things happen with equipment. Just wanna share my full experience. Ending with the staff was amazing. I will possibly stay again on my travels after verifying air conditioning has been upgraded.

Stayed here many times, its my regular Phnom Penh hotel. Fantist pool and sky bar. Thecstaff are amazing. I highly recommend it
