While staff is nice and helpful and I was credited for with amenities. The first night they didn’t have a room for me. Secondly the wifi connection was very very slow and not consistent. The old manager Manny ran a great hotel but he is no longer there so this must be the problem. They need find a qualified manager to run the hotel.

Absolutely the best staff for any hotel. Everything about this hotel exceeds expectations.

Staff is hard working and friendly. Food was good and free massage was excellent.

The overall staff is very courteous and they take an extra step to meet the customers demands and issues. A/c work needs to be updated else excellent stay worth the money spent.

We stayed 5 nights in January. Extraordinarily kind staff with an over-the-top breakfast (order one of everything if you want) and nice room. The suite included an outdoor balcony which we didn't use. Rooms and Public spaces had strong smells of diffuser aromas (like Lemngrass and others). The shower did not drain properly because we saw they never picked up the hair in the drain from the previous guests (so I did) and in our 5 day visit the hair just continued to accumulate until I did something about it. This caused the RainHead shower not to be usable because it flooded the floor. Bed comfortable and nearby Bassac Lane (expat, touristy area) is very convenient because most of the restaurant bars there were good.

I'm regular to Phonom Phen, I have to say out of 23 visits, this is the best. Done the naga world and all that, if you want a personal touch, high quality and great location then you can't go wrong here to be honest.

Very nice boutique hotel with friendly personal service, set on a quiet lane but very close (walking distance) to palace, silver pagoda, national monument, etc. The staff was really great, so friendly and eager to help. The Hotel Manager, Many Young, greeted us personally and escorted us to our room. The room (Junior Suite) was spacious and clean with large bathroom, walk-in shower and tub, full amenities. The beds were large, comfortable and the room was completely quiet. The hotel food was delicious. The head chef was clearly well-trained and experienced in Western food preparation. We very much enjoyed our two dinners and breakfasts. Cambodian dancing show at dinner time was an added plus. Overall, we were quite happy with our stay and would certainly consider to stay there again.

Extra comfortable beds, spacious room, huge bathroom with rain shower, free mini bar, free khmer massage, incredibly polite and accommodating staff, free in-room breakfast, great and inexpensive restaurant, elevator. Before we arrived, we communicated through email, and the staff arranged airport pickup and drop off for us for a small fee, as well as for a guide & driver during our trip. Everything went perfectly. We were SO pleased with our room. It was full of everything that makes you feel like you are at home. It had a little balcony with chairs and a table (it was too hot to sit out there, though). The room was a quiet oasis in the busy city. Room service was included for breakfast, which was delicious (or you could eat in the restaurant). The free massage was, hands-down, the absolute best massage I have ever had in my life & really made the stay heavenly. The staff did everything to make us happy during our stay. If I am ever in Phnom Penh again, I will absolutely stay here again.

Very friendly staff especially Mr Many, the manager. Stayed 3 nights. First night at the old block was not ideal - the air-conditioning was insufficient and also construction noise next door. Transfer to new block was much better. The free Khmer massage was relaxing and free flow of drinks (including beer) from fridge was generous. Wifi was strong and breakfast had options of western and Asian - simple but sufficient. Location to attractions was not exactly near and it can be challenging to cross the streets.

I knew I was going to love this hotel the first 5 minutes I arrived. After being gouged, constantly solicited, or hovered over in some way at every hotel prior on our 3 week trip, we had similar expectations. La Rose is different, however, so when the speech came from the introductory manager welcoming us to our hotel and introducing us the amenities I left ready to SIIINGGGG. - free mini bar. everything in the fridge - free 1 hour khamer massage - free breakfast Say what?! And they were all amazing. The beds were very comfortable and provide 4 pillows, the shower has great water pressure, the location is wonderful, the staff is on point, the robes were my favorite yet, the air conditioning is stellar (can be made very cold. some hotels put a limit at some mediocre degree at the cusp of comfortable).

The property is nice enough and located in a pretty central area. Rooms are large and well equipped with all the usual amenities to be expected. However, we experienced poor quality sleep as the space seemed to amplify noise. We were on a level 2 room and could hear people talking loudly, doors closing and all kinds of ambient noise through the day and night. Service was ok but lacked the touches that we experienced in other hotels (like staff offering to call you a tuk tuk, helping with directions etc.). Also note that the pool is tiny and not very private as it's located right by the entrance walkway. There is no gym at this facility.

Nice Boutique Hotel in central Phnom Penh area, walking distance and accessible to various eateries; great location. Hotel staff were very kind, greeting us every moment when eye contact was made. General manager was always around, to ensure any questions or concerns were dealt with. Room was fairly clean, but not necessarily to our expectations. Moldy areas found in the sink, which was not pleasant, and a brown stain found inside the comforter. This showed lack of attention to detail. The TV was also small, and placed in an odd area, so we could not even watch from the bed nor the lounge chairs. Hair dryer cord was so short, my wife had to stand near the wall plug, so eventually she gave up as the setup was too inconvenient. The staff were also inconsistent in turning over our room in the evening. Half the days the rooms were done, and the other days the rooms were not. The inconsistency of this service was questionable. Nonetheless, the shower was nice, slept well as the bed was comfortable, and minibar (drinks only) were free. The walls were also quite thin, such that you can hear the neighbours showering and using the toilets. One of the mornings, we woke up to a guy hawking out his phlegm. It was quite unpleasant to wake up to. For breakfast, we were given a checklist, but they rarely followed it. Hence, they often got our order wrong. For example, my wife asked for 11-minute boiled eggs, but the yolk was still not fully cooked. We checked off the homemade papaya ja
