Stayed here 5 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday with my daughter last week. Hotel arranged car to pick us up at airport. Checked in was smooth and swiftly and the welcome drink was delicious. Hotel offered to upgrade us to a suite. The room is very nice and spacious and they even prepared a chilled sparkling wine for us. However we didn’t free comfortable sleeping together on the same bed so later we came down and requested to move back to our original booking – twin bed room. The front office staff helped us to change room and promised to bring us back the chilled sparkling wine later on but it did not happen during our stay.
Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Hotel near the pub street and night market, just a short tuk tuk ride cost $2.
I did not try the swimming pool but it looked good and with lots of sun loungers. They also have a gym with a few basic fitness equipment which was enough for me to keep up my regular workout.
Angkor Wat was amazing. I definitely will come back to visit the old temples and stay in Lotus Blanc again.

the hotel even prepared breakfast for us for our 430am sunrise watching (ask reception)~
Staff (every single one, from manager to tuk tuk drivers) were helpful and polite. thumb up and recommended!

The hotel tuk tuk charge the tourist usd 3 dollars to the pub street. And 2 usd only down the road to the restaurant which I could have walk. The hotel driver try to bargain to u about the tuk tuk price when such a short distance, it's not very pleasant experience and not professional. Apart from that, the hotel itself it's ok and the breakfast is very good.

Spent three nights here to celebrate my birthday with my wife in October 2016. It is absolutely the best hotel in Siem Reap! It is clean and modern with excellent hotel staff. They can remember your name and greet you every time they see you with their smiling faces. The actively offer help and advice to make you enjoy your time in Siem Reap. Apart from the cold welcome drink, the manager, Mr. Lim and his team gave us a big surprise! He brought us a chocolate birthday cake and sang me a birthday song with his colleagues to celebrate my birthday! It was really wonderful and amazing! The bed and pillows were comfortable, the wifi was fast, the air-con was cool, the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety! I am sure I will stay in Lotus Blanc again to meet my old friends, especially Mr. Lim, Vanchee and all the staff! Thank you for your excellent services and hospitality!

服務人員的態度不會讓人覺得熱情過度，對於住客的合理要求都會滿足，充分感受到了隱私的保護及適當的服務。
房間設備不是最新的，但是在整潔及保養上，可以看出清潔人員的用心。
飯店有專屬的嘟嘟車隊，比路邊隨機的嘟嘟車更便宜，對於路程的行進可看出有經過詳細的規劃，不是隨便拼湊起來的，值得信賴，可以將旅遊行程交給飯店去安排，選擇性多元且富含彈性。
環境非常舒服，安靜不吵雜，即使整天待在飯店內也讓人覺得值得，甚至會讓人捨不得出去，只想留在飯店。
有用心在細節的ㄧ家飯店，不會讓人覺得只是旅程中睡覺的地方，讓人身心都可放鬆，非常值得。

The room is clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really nice and you can have large variety of choice. We need to catch a night bus on the last day of our trip and they kindly offered us a spa room for shower before we get on the bus. Will definitely stay here if we visit Cambodia again

Excellent stay in Lotus Blanc. Free pickup and dropoff to and from the Airport.Bed comfortable. Room is spacious. Breakfast very high standard and lots of variation of food. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is about 10 mins tuk tuk to night market. $2 USD per way. So environment is quiet for good rest after long time sightseeing in Angkor Wat.
