Powercut which meant one of the lifts stopped working and there were no lights. There was a massive cockroach in my room, and there was no hot water. It had the amenities I needed, working AC, and the view was pretty nice at least. Minimart right below where the reception desk is, uneven ground outside, and a very busy road I did not feel safe crossing.

At first, we were pleasantly surprised by the eco-censored hallway lights and the unexpected balcony access. After that it went downhill very fast. 1) Mould on the ceiling 2) Mould through the bathroom 3) Inefficient hot water system 4) Dirt around all the edges 5) A near broken chair (thankfully this was noticed before using) 6) Non-existent soundproofing from the corridors 7) Non-existent soundproofing from the neighbours balcony through closed doors. 8) Breakfast that wasn't cooked properly and was nearly 30 minutes from ordering and there was no one else in the restaurant area. Egg whites are meant to be white when cooked not clear. 9) Not well sign posted for our driver or us to find. The room was only tolerated due the 2 nights only stay and arrangement to be collected by drivers both days. Any longer or with no arrangements in place and we would have been out of there. Fint rum med balkong , utsikt mot floden. Bra läge nära natt marknaden. Frukost var a la carte. Ingen pool eller frukost buffe. Jag kunde med samma pris boka ett hotell med pool o frukostbuffe men föredrade balkongen.

Says that’s there’s a sky bar, but it’s not in service. Says there’s a pool not that was unavailable. The lift took forever to take. Order breakfast and it took 20mins just to get bread lol I had already finished my meal and had coffee by the time my bread come.

I feel safe staying in this hotel. So much things around to do. Transportation is very convenient. Walkable to many restaurants.

Great staff. Hotel is right over top of a conviene store so getting snacks late night is easy. About a five minute walk from the main strip with a bunch of places to eat. Would recommend, rooms were clean.

Very convenient location with everything walking distance or close by. The hotel has its own convenience store and restaraunt if you want to stay in. It is at the very end of walking street where it is closed off on the weekends and far enough from the main area so it is very quiet and safe.

Zimmer okay, Badezimmer jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstüchsauswahl für Kambodscha gut jedoch für deutsche Verhältnisse aber noch ausreichend. Bei 3 Nächten 2x den Roomservice vergessen. WiFi 5 minus weil ab und zu gehts. Beim auschecken noch 2 Dollar für Wasser verlangt was wir nicht getrunken haben. Fazit kann man für 3 Tage machen aber für 40 Dollar zu teuer. Haben leider keinen adäquaten Vergleich einer Unterkunft.

Hotel location is very convenient. Riverfront boats station is close by. Royal palace is about 1km away. Hotel staff is super helpful. Breakfast was awesome.

Hotel: Zentrale Lage – aber nicht die feinste Gegend, verkehrstechnisch günstig gelegen. Die zwei Aufzüge sind unterdimensioniert für die Anzahl der Etagen und Gäste. Neues Hotel – aber nicht unbedingt gepflegt. Viel Security – was das Gefühl von Sicherheit nicht gerade erhöht. Der Bus Nr. 3 (vom / zum Flughafen) hält ca. 100 m vom Hotel entfernt (40 Cents pro Fahrt). Bad: Schimmel am Boden der Dusche, nach dem Duschen Wasser im Raum, Toilettenpapierhalter an unmöglich zu erreichender Stelle, Flecken vom einem Vorgänger im Wasserglas, instabiler Handtuchhalter... Zimmer: Kein Lichtschalter am Bett für die Zimmerbeleuchtung. Zu nachtschlafener Zeit dachte ich „mein Schwein pfeift“, als der Muezzin lautstark loslegte. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flusses ist häufig Party. Das Zimmer ist keine 35 qm groß – höchstens 35 Quadratlatschen. Man muss sich schon am Bett vorbeizwängen. Frühstück: In einem anderen Gebäudeteil mit anderem Eingang à la carte. Das Hühnchen zum Reis war wohl eines halbwegs natürlichen Todes gestorben (Magersucht). Das Frühstück ist eher mickrig. Wenige haben wohl mit Frühstück gebucht. Salz und Pfeffer sollten auf dem Tisch stehen. Phnom Penh: Verglichen mit Bangkok ist die Stadt touristisch gesehen ein Witz. Ein Tag reicht für die „Sehenswürdigkeiten“ aus. In den letzten 20 Jahren haben sich die wild-west-ähnlichen Zustände in der Altstadt nicht wirklich geändert. Sie treten nur deutlicher zutage. Die Unterschiede zwischen arm und reich werden..

Nice hotel and apartment complex just outside the centre. Walked along the quayside each night to try local restaurants and there was plenty on offer.

Great value for money. Awesome sunrise from the balcony. Staff lovely. Breakfast is very basic but okay. Would recommend.
