the view and whole vibe are great. All the staff treated us like family and soooo nice. great stay there! Especially Kasak and Diamond. plus the tak tak driver Hin!

All the staffs are very helpful and welcoming. Most of them can speak English pretty well so it's very easy for us to ask them for help on restaurant and transportation reservations. The entire property is clean and well designed. It looks exactly the same as images shown online. Breakfast was nice, not that many choices, but most are delicious. On the day we went Angkor Wat for sunrise, they packed us breakfast boxes, that is very thoughtful. The pool is a bit small, but given that the room number in this hotel is small, most of the time it's not crowded and cozy. Free SPA and pool side happy hour drinks are absolute delights for our trip. It's not exactly in the city center. Nevertheless, they offer free dukduk to night markets and pickup service after 5pm, so we still feel pretty safe. Overall, it's a great stay.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The hotel also provides airport pickup service. However, there were so many crickets in the hotel and some of them got into the room through the door gap.

One free massage was treated for our stay and it was really great. The room is big and clean and I love the design. Staffs are very helpful and recommended us serval great restaurants in Siem Reap (which definitely worth to try, as it is not expensive)!!!
All are great, but except the hotel is a bit far from the center, so we have to take tuk tuk (~2USD per trip) back to the hotel every night. Also, the air con is either hot or extremely cold, this is probably the only problem I got during my stay.
Anyway, I would recommend everyone to stay here as you will get more than you paid. It's a great place to enjoy your vacation (no matter couple, family or friend).

very good hotel!! free tuk tuk from 17:00-22:00, 50% off for spa and daily free cocktail for one hour
the room design is very nice and modern without any insects inside, the bed and air-con are very comfortable as well.

酒店房间浴室都超级大，住的很舒适。还提供了水果。酒店前台很热情，可以给你提供所有的帮助。早餐品种不多，但是基本的餐点都有。泳池每天晚上6-7点半有免费小食和酒水。除了酒店稍稍有点偏以外，其他都不错。

2 nights of staying with breakfast and dinner included, dinner comes with 4-course meal and the foods were the best in town!
Relaxing and quiet environment, only 5-min of drive from town, free shuttle service was provided by hotel and they provide charged private tour service (US45/day) as well.
Excellent service of hotel staff, very welcoming and friendly :)

免費接機，我跟媽媽一早就到飯店，以往飯店都不會讓你提前不然就是要加錢，Metta 不但讓我們提早還請我們先去用餐，都不用例外收費！ 免費的SPA也消除我們很大的疲勞
另外我在外面預定的行程有問題，他們也幫我處理好！服務生在吃早餐的時候發現到我坐在濕的椅子上，立馬就換了一個給我！ 太多太多他們都優點，下次一定會再來！！

The house keeping service was bad. Every time when we back to our room at night, our used things like the empty shampoo bottles, tissues are still there. No matter how many shampoo, shower gel bottles we used in our 4 days stay, they are all still there in the room.
One thing even more ridicolous was they didn't refill the shampoo. I called to the reception and asked for more shampoo bottles, the reception guy told me that they were running out of shampoo!! are you kidding me? Such a big 5 stars hotel don't even have one shampoo bottle??!!
One of the good thing about this hotel was the good spa service and the free cocktail service beside the swimming pool. Anyway, i won't stay in this hotel again.

已第二次來柬蒲塞，曾住了三間不同酒店，因為這間是今年才落成，好奇一試，經驗實在可怕。環境及地點是可以的，服務員也禮貌，但我房間門竟然由中午清潔完一直開著，直至晚上我回房間才發現，足足開著六小時。發現後馬上致電服務台，要求經理來對話，等了二十分鐘也沒任何反應！最後找到人了，只是說查了CCTV沒有進過來。期間隔離房的中國人也說我們房門從中午已開著了！非常不推薦！

Cozy Hotel, service are great. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Location is around 10mins away from pub street, but they provide shuttle from hotel to city centre, it is quit convenience.
If you are coming for celebration or vacation, it is an excellent choice.
