Nice quiet hotel just a little far out for us but other than really nice

The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!

There are two or three distinct properties on the same premises and this review is for the budget one. An OK place for an overnight stay. Room has no windows and the walls are very thin - I could hear kids and people peeing in the neighboring room. Poor wifi. Nothing in the area and the closest thing to attend in the evening is the night market, which is ~ 20 min walk

I had a really lovely stay here. The staff contacted me when I booked to arrange a free pick up from the bus stop. Kin was also very helpful. My room was clean with several tv channels in English. The shower wasn't hot though. I liked that I was able to use any of the pools at their sister property. The sun loungers were great, bar staff very helpful and made great cocktails. I was even able to order room service. Location within pick up zone for day trips. My only negative was my final night which was a Friday I didn't get any sleep due to other guests having a loud party, screaming and shouting and banging doors till 03:00 in the morning. I just wish the staff told them off and to keep the noise down. I didn't feel comfortable doing that myself as a solo female traveller - especially so late at night.
