工作人員很有耐心，服務很好，早餐好吃

這酒店位置較偏，之前不知道沒有電梯，有帶老人家去，安排到最高頂層，2樓，一樓已經沒有房，人住當晚己希望他將餘下兩晚退了，hotel com 幇我致電去酒店，怎樣說酒店，也不肯，最後女兒自行和酒店經理理論，只肯退一晚給我們，很失望，

A big room with balcony~nice place! Good air con! Water warm enough for bath Staff are nice and very helpful, keep the room clean and tidy everyday Hotel location, some stores nearby for buying water, easy to find local restaurants for food. Walk around 8 mins to pub street, convenient!

抵達當天向櫃台員工要求明日要早餐外帶，但清晨五點，員工找不到早餐盒，打電話給廚師後說廚師忘記了，非常無言。員工也不知道該怎麼補償，直到晚上經理上班，我還要再向經理說明一次這個情況，經理才說可以換點晚餐。同時我再度要求隔日外帶早餐，經理滿口沒問題，結果，隔日早上，員工聽到我的房號傻眼，說他搞錯人了，準備給我的早餐盒已給別人，讓我等個5-10分鐘他重新準備。如果你需要外帶早餐趕一早的行程，這是一家非常不令人放心的酒店，我不懂這麼小一件事為什麼能出錯。如果是在酒店內用早餐，可以在menu上選擇想要的類型，我選擇的優格+玉米片，玉米片已受潮軟化，而且優格分量小到像是給嬰兒吃的。

酒店挺好的，服务也很热情，因我个人事宜提前两天退了房，后来还是住到了酒吧街附近，因为这里实在是有点儿难找，且出行不便。但员工服务什么的真的很棒！

事緣一天外出遊覽吳哥窟，將一包已封口的零食放在桌面，但晚上回來後發現零食明顯少了一半，封口亦被打開。而整天亦只有房間被執拾過，我對酒店的安全絕對不信任，亦住得不放心。 The day I was visited Angkor Wat outside, I putted my snack which I ate a half and I putted it on the desk. But when I backed to the hotel at night, the snack was opened and was eaten a half again. The room was tidy up by the staff only at the whole day. I think the hotel is not safe. I'm not relieved when I stay at there. It is not recommended to choose this hotel.

很滿意整個住宿經驗！ 房間很大 床很大！ 雖然入住第一天房間有少許狀況，但職員很快作出改善，而且職員態度非常好 ，super nice and helpful! 每天都有房間抗掃，打掃得非常整潔，而且冷氣熱水都非常給力！早餐有很多選擇，每天吃一款也吃不完 ！讚！無論早出或晚歸 前台職員都會打招呼歡送我們或歡迎我們～感覺像家一樣～而且房價非常低 是性價比極高的酒店！去nigh market pub street用走的就可以 很方便！附近也有很多餐廳cafe ，massage及租單車！ 唯一不足之處是wifi有時不太給力（可能太多人使用），如果wifi connection可改善的話就完美了

The staffs are really helpful and friendly! The hotel is new and clean. It is not big but stylish! Love here!

住了五晚，早上出門，晚上回來飯店人員都會問好，房間舒服採光好，是間環保飯店，單點式早餐不浪費食物，很好吃，很適合自遊行的背包客，游泳池很棒，總之是間CP 質很高的飯店

The staff were all absolutely sweet and helpful, and are the heart of this hotel. The room was clean, if perhaps a little dated and rustic. We stayed in the top floor and there is no elevator. It gave us a healthy reason for daily exercise. Great balcony up there. For some reason we thought there would be a hot tub in our room, but it was just a very big concrete tub. We didn't use it, and it didn't seem like a very wise use of water. Short walk to Pub Street and the night markets, without being too busy. The pool is small, but nice to refresh and relax through the heat of mid-day. We didn't make use of the spa, nor did we see where it would be. There were much cheaper options nearby anyway. For instance, a Khmer package for $6 that absolutely wrecked us and had us back in action the next day for touring the sites of Angkor.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, etwa 5-10 min ins Zentrum zur Pub Street und Old Market, daher optimal gelegen. Die Zimmer waren etwas älter aber dafür trotzdem sauber. Im Badezimmer sollte ein duschvorhang angebracht werden, da öfter das ganze Badezimmer nass war. Hervorzuheben ist definitiv das Personal, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es wurde alles für uns arrangiert (Abholung vom Flughafen und diverse Aktivitäten wie Angkor Wat Ausflug) sodass man sich eigentlich um nichts mehr kümmern musste. Auch wurde für uns beim Roller-Verleih angerufen und dafür gesorgt dass der Roller zum Hotel gebracht wird. Da wir nach dem Auschecken den Tag noch in Siem Reap verbracht haben und dann den Nachtbus genommen haben, durften wir sogar vor der Abfahrt abends noch in einem Zimmer duschen. Das Frühstück ist a la Card und war gut.

Everything is very good and more than I expected. Good service and friendly staffs. It’s not Hotels fault but neighbors has roosters and cries in the middle of night. I woke up first and second day but i got used to it after. Other than that everything was fine

The room was more than sufficient. Very spacious and plenty of amenities. The location was away from the hustle and bustle, which meant we had a peaceful rest. At the same time, only a short walk to the old market and pub street. Their staff are top notch! Very genuine and friendly people.They provide complimentary pick up from the airport/ bus station. Really appreciated their hospitality.

４泊の滞在中、２日間、お湯のシャワーが出なかった。 初日に伝えて、２日目には「直った」と言われたが、直っておらず。 フロントに誰か常駐しているわけではなく、外出するたびに、何度か鍵をカウンターの中に自分で入れた。 窓ガラスが薄いのか、外の犬の鳴き声がうるさく、何度か目が覚めた。
