Montra Nivesha Residence

The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were full of lush plants, and the room was decorated with local art. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, and the food and drinks were delicious. The staff were helpful, and the laundry service was especially convenient. We really liked the location; it’s on the quieter side of town, but there are still plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and getting to the temples was easy. We’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful comfortable hotel. Gorgeous relaxing pool. Bar and restaurant are delicious. Movie theater with important local films. Breathtaking art. Walkable to in town sites. A block away from atms and 7-11. Would highly recommend this place. Wonderful & helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Le lieu est un havre de paix, les chambres sont super confortables avec une décoration adaptée et le restaurant un vrai délice ! Sa situation est très adaptée pour les visites sur les sites d'Angkor. We had a wonderful stay at Montra Nivesha. The hotel is beautiful. We were well taken care of by Mr Rama. We had fabulous massages and a great recommended guide ( Mr Sophy) for a 3 day Ankor Wat tour. We would definitely stay again if we return!

I enjoyed staying there. All staffs were respectful and helpful. Foods were good. Spa service was great. The hotel is very clean and beautiful.

As of Dec 2013 all flights arrive at new airport which is 1 hour from city instead of 10 mins with old airport. Hotels no longer offer complimentary airport service. Taxi is $35 and ATM at airport only gives US dollars ($100 notes!) which are accepted everywhere as almost the preferred currency. Any, even slightly, damaged US bills will not be accepted so bring plenty of small bills with you. We were offered good looking US $2 bills for change at the market in town so one wonders how authentic the other change is. The hotel is an intimate, wonderful example of a true boutique hotel. We had a very enjoyable 4 day stay. The hotel restaurant is excellent and very fairly priced. Totally recommend.

Our room was excellent, large and very good facilities. The swimming pool was relaxing and we also used the spa, treatments were very good. The evening meals were excellent in their restaurant, we enjoyed this stay.

Roma was an excellent help with booking trips and overall helpfulness with advice.

amazing boutique hotel and the staff is great!! the location is few minutes from center but never an issue to me. the bfast and resto are just so so.. but with the price paid this is definitely worth the money.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was very nice with solid wood furniture and comfortable beds. The pool area is pretty with comfortable beds around it and a bar that is reached from the pool. We tried a few drinks from there and they were all excellent. I can really recommend the Hanuman Warrior cocktail. The special glass of that drink is awesome enough to warrant an order of it (and the fact that the drink is really nice makes it even better!). We ate at the restaurant several times and was very happy with our meals. The beef with Khmer spice was probably our favourite and all other orders were also great. For breakfast we had lovely crêpes, fruit, tea and tasty coffee. The children had hot chocolates and juices which set us up for exploring the area around Siem Reap. We also had massages at the hotel which were very nice ... just the right amount of pressure to relief sore muscles. We enjoyed how friendly everyone was at the hotel. The staff was excellent, we also met the owner of the hotel who was very pleased to have us there as it has been a long time since tourists were really allowed into Cambodia due to the Covid pandemic. The hotel has filtered drinking water in the rooms to avoid the use of plastic bottles which is great!

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay this hotel again for my next trip to Siem Reap.

We liked the two swimming pools with different aspects and the fact that the restaurant overlooked one of the pools. Could quite understand the outside bath on our room balcony.
