櫃檯員工非常友善。我visa少一張，請他們幫忙印也沒有收費。晚上附近的卡拉ok聲音會傳來（大約持續到10點多，但我覺得還好，常常忘記有聲音，要是敏感的人自己考慮）。走路去夜市有一小段但還ok。附近有個The village coffee可以任何時間去吃東西。泳池旁有個小酒吧，可以點個小酒或咖啡。

Hotel provides free one way airport transport and breakfast to us and their food is good. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to help u solve ur problem and most are very good English speakers so no need to worry about communication problem. Most importantly, the location is super convenient as pub street and lucky mall are in 5-10mins walking distance from hotel and many great restaurants, cafe and massage shops are nearby!!!!!!!
Also,The room is new, cozy and comfortable. Its a very good experience stay here so i would recommend it to everyone who wanna stay in siem reap.

This hotel is an absolute find!
Everything is wonderful, from the location, to the pristine cleanliness and wonderful staff.
I can’t believe some people can post bad reviews about this place, sorry to say this, but they are all lies.
The staff is impeccable and very helpful.
If there is only one thing that I’d recommend to the management, is to place glass doors on top of the bathtubs, in order to separate it from the rest of the bathroom, and a douche holder above the lower one.

The room was roomy , very clean, well maintained, had numerous power outlets, great air-conditioning which was quite quiet. There was a little gym, a lovely seating area around a well presented pool and very nice breakfast room/ restaurant area. The entrance lobby was huge , calm and comfortable. The staff were so, so helpful and friendly, really welcoming and attentive, in fact their interactions elevated our stay.

英語ができない私達とも一生懸命コミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくれて、嬉しかったです。
ホテル全体も客室も、こじんまりしていますが、綺麗で常に清掃が行き届き、リネンも常に真っ白で気持ちの良いものでした。
深めのバスタブと、熱々でしっかりした湯量の出る浴室も、1日の疲れを癒すのに最適でした。
また朝食ビュッフェもこまめに調えられ、鳥のさえずりを聴きながらバランスの良いメニューをゆっくり楽しめる、優雅な時間を過ごせました。
またシェムリアップを訪問する機会があれば、必ず利用したいです。

Had a very good stay here, location and staff were great. Special mention for Vireak who was great as soon as I walked through the door, seems genuinely happy to be working there and I will come back because of how kind and welcoming the staff were in general.

The AC in the room was great. A fridge in the room was very helpful. The bathroom is large with a tub and a small shower head but the main shower head was over the floor so it became a wet room. Staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location.
