住宿房間空間寬敞明亮，地點極佳！

冷氣口是舊式的，難以調整，以致於睡覺時，冷氣都往頭頂吹，難以入眠，只能調整身體方向以避開冷風出口。

這次柬埔寨的行程中在旅館分別住了3個晚上，回國的時候把信用卡﹑提款卡還有健保卡給忘在房間裡了，先將信用卡止付後，去電給旅館請他們把卡寄回給我，3天後我就收到我的卡片了，相信其他人入住時一樣可以感受的他們旅館的友善的服務。 當初我選這家旅館是因為靠河邊的旅館都蠻吵鬧的，這區域相對安靜也有很多當地人開的餐廳跟小酒吧，離吐斯廉屠殺博物館步行就可以到，旅館設施很新員工也很友善。 When I check out this hotel, I forgot my 2 credit cards and ATM card in the room. After I called them and ask them to sent it back to me. Few days later they sent me back all my cards. Great service with efficiency. I stay at rose emerald hotel for three separate nights while I visited Cambodia. Each times with good experience also the staffs are friendly and helpful ...their building are tallest building on the neighborhood. On the breakfast time on 11 floor, you can enjoy the view among the area. Room is clean and facility are basic new. if you are looking for a quit place to stay in Phnom Penh, it would be a great choose.

The location eas very good in the center of the City. Even quiet at night

가성비 좋아요 아침식사가 좀 부족했음

현지 경찰이 묶고 있어서, 체크인할때 여권을 맡기라고 하더군요... 황당했습닏다. 하지만 어쩔수없이 맡겼어요~ 특히 예전에 이용했던 경험이 있어서 또 방문했습니다. 호텔로 바로 가는 것보다는 훨씬 저렴하게 예약했습니다만 호텔스앱이 원화결제로 되어있어 수수료를 이중으로 물게 생겼네요~! 그냥 한국의 3~5만원짜리 모텔 같아요~ 물 2병을 서비스로주는 것과 11층 뷔페 식당을 무료료 이용할 수있지만 퀄리티는 그다지 높지 않고, 배려없는 숙박자들 때문에 그냥 그랬습니다.

The location is good. Because I can eat Vietnamese food nearby there.

スタッフの話し声がうるさかった

중국인 단체팀이 없는 경우는 아주 좋아요. 이사람들이 들어온 겨우는 고성방가. 장소 불문 흡연으로 아주 힘들어요. 나는 처음 2일은 운이 따랏고..마지막 하루는 운이 없었읍니다.

Good hotel and nice staff. Breakfast could have been better

Nothing unique about it, found a super restaurant a block away. Couldn’t sleep on the beds, they were like rocks, so hard!

location is good. wash towels and bath towels are not as clean as usual. its used too long. becoming grey color. the other will be okay. service is nice. i stayed 2 nights.

It was in the heart of the city. Close to the buses and places to eat. The staff were very helpful.

Hotellet var ok.

Clean decent sized rooms. Shower was best I’ve had in Asia. Breakfast was okay, nice that they do eggs to order. One thing is that the rooms let a lot of sound in so when people are leaving early morning you are likely to be woken up, also staff knock on door around 9 to clean. Air con was brilliant in our room and easy to work. Would stay here again.

Good location & very comfortable for stay, I will continue to stay at the same hotel for my next trip.

Immeuble correct assez central. La chambre assez moderne, mais il faut pas regarder sous le lit ... bouteille poussière ... on dirait que l'on pousse la poussière sous les lits. Equipement très correct. Petit déjeuné basique ...

Confortable mais sans ame ni charme, personnel accueillant petit déjeuner moyen.

You will see Vietnam groups every evening arriving with CAM-VIET bus parked in front of the hotel. Loud noise throughout evening and early morning. Do not expect cozy sleeping. Do not go breakfast before 7:30. You will see gangs of VIET having loud noisy meal on 11th floor. They all leave around 8AM. Elevator is not an option while these gangs are on move.
