Dirty and lots of smoking

Black mold growing everywhere. Booked me into RS Guest House II, then switched my hotel to one with no windows or patio. The smell was terrible, the sheets were ripped and dirty. No ventilation in the bathroom.

It is a mixed bag. The room and bathroom are a good size but the black mould on the ceilings is a bit off putting. The staff are OK but not particulary friendly or helpful.

Spacious room, clean and tidy, and the young staff that work there are very helpful and friendly always have a smile to share!

Room was covered in mould, building had a bad smell and was dirty.

When something goes wrong, there needs to be a person in charge at the hotel. There wasn't! And the company selling my stay at this place, Hotel.com, isn't providing any help (they can't even be contacted)!

All goods. Staff is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Facilities are good enough for this price. Bonus for amazing location

Le prix. Fourmi dans le lit. Pas d'eau dans la douche. Voisin bruyant dans la nuit.

Everything is strange due to covid. People seem a bit detached. Staff is friendly. The manager very helpful and accomodating. This particular room is very very quiet so it is easy to sleep here. First time in nearly 10 years I have not needed medication to help sleep. Thank you management an Staff

Finding the reception was tricky at first, it was hidden in the back corner of a 24/7 Mart. We then walked up a narrow stairase to the 3rd floor and entered our room. I'm going to say the bathroom had not been cleaned there was still a soap sitting in the shower, splash marks on the mirror, toothpaste in the sink and hair in the toilet and small ants around the room. We didnt expect much for the price of the room, but this is just something you expect to be clean. Walking back one night a rat ran down towards me on the staircase lol. I found the staff members to be the best thing about this place they were helpful, especially in the mart, happy to change $100 notes and help out when they can.
