close to the central market, near many good eateries friendly staff with good English inexpensive with good roof view and pool

I really enjoyed my room. It was one with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. Made for a great place to get a good night’s sleep after full days of exploring. The hotel is located centrally, so everything is closeby. The staff were very friendly. They smiled a lot and just left me to myself, which is what I like. Thanks!

The rooms aren’t much to look at but the shower had hot water and great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. There was even an English language news channel (Al Jazeera). The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, the central market, and the major inter-city bus lines. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok hotelen temmelig slidt. Ingen rooftop bar som beskrevet i omtalen af hotellet. Og for at komme til poolen skal man klatre op ad en stejl stige hvilket jeg ikke gjorde

Reasonable enough property for 2/3 star. Don’t expect anything special. Staff are great and welcoming.

Tres sale a certains endroits comme la terrasse lit tâche 1er chambre plus petite que la description tv hs pour une autre chambre 10dollar de plus et plus encore pas de verre dans la salle de bain petits d'odettepour la douche je ne recommande pas l'établissement

Première chambre réservée horrible et sale, on demande de changer de chambre on nous demande 10 € de plus par nuits soit 30€ , visite de la chambre , pas mieux, on demande à voir le patron, après plus minutes de discussions on nous surclasse ( pas vraiment un cadeau, vu qu’on a payé plus) chambre mieux mais toujours pas propre.

Stay here was good, had a little trouble with ants and a/c, but front desk service was very helpful.

Great central location , spacious room with safe, air con and deck with expansive city views. Good shower pressure but erratic temperature. Phone did not work in room. Pool was a real bonus in the humidity!

Great service. Has a really nice pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was good and the breakfasts were good. They also let us check in at 8am and even upgraded our room.

Property was ok for you he price. No breakfast offered. So made it very difficult to find anything to eat at this time. The staff didn't really want to clean the room. The bed was rock hard, but we knew this would b the case. Overall nothing much to do in Battambang

The hotel is fine and in a good, central location. When we arrived, the elevator was out and our room was 5 flights up. We are 60 & 70 years old with large travel backpacks and daypacks. None of the staff offered to help us with our bags or to move us to a lower floor. Eventually the elevator was fixed but by then we had requested a room on the third floor. The hotel is clean but a bit messy. A dust pan was left in the middle of the third floor deck, cleaning cloths were left on the railing going to the pool, etc.

Good location.ok pool.No restaurant as advertised.No bar as advertised .no laundry. No booking services as advertised.Lack of concern about all this from staff . Disappointingly unsupportive management.

Walked into the room and straight back out again, sacrificing a non-refundable booking in the process. The place was covered in mould, the room was in terrible condition, and the advertised pool was a glorified bathtub. Not hygienic, no care had been put into the establishment since at least 2019. Avoid!!!

It was a good hotel. The lobby is excellent. The only complaints are the room had a strange smell, mold in the bathroom, and stains on the sheets. Other thaN that the hotel is excellent. Perfect location and helpful front desk.
