酒店很乾淨 完全看不見房內有蚊 員工服務很好 酒店亦有早餐盒提供 但電力於晚間時經常中斷 幸好停電時間只是很短暫的

酒店位置方便！附近有大型超市！離市中心十分鐘車程！出入方便又不太熱鬧！酒店職員友善！房間舒適整潔！如果再去Siem reap 會再入住

安心住了三晚 一切滿意 早餐肯定飽

令人舒適的四星旅館，櫃台人員專業熱忱，早餐很好，晚餐更是令人驚艷，雖然價格有點稍微高，但是能try正宗柬埔寨式料理，比起搭車去夜市或酒吧街，會是更好的選擇。游泳池剛整修完成，也有健身房可以使用，不過團客也不少，遇到團客時候難免會有些吵雜，這時候就躲回豪華的房間好好休息吧！ I had a very pleasant experience of staying at the Treasure Oasis Hotel. The first and the most important, the staffs here always give you big smile and if you need, they are very helpful. The lobby and the room just like pics, just get into this hotel, you feel the heat and tired already gone. The room is very comfortable and clean, the swimming pool is not big but just been fresh, the breakfast is good, especially the noodle, and we had dinner in the restaurant. Amazing Cambodia type food, don't waste your time go to pub street, eat here and take good rest. But this hotel might get lots Tourists, they will show up early morning, that time the restaurant will full of people, if possible, I recommend you guys maybe go for breakfast around 7:30 am might be ok. Great place to stay

サービス、設備、朝食とても満足しております！ 宿泊の金額以上のサービスでした。 アメニティーも揃っており、スタッフも1つ1つ丁寧に対応していただけます。 3点気になることといえば ・お風呂のシャワー水が濁っている、かなり鉄臭い ・部屋に虫の抜け殻？たまごが数箇所ある ・お風呂場の清潔感がない 1日目、宿泊した部屋のシャワー水が がっつり茶色に濁っていたので、部屋を交換してもらいました。 2日目、別の部屋のシャワー水も若干濁っており、鉄の臭いがすごかったです。

アンコールマーケットのすぐ近くにあるホテルです。フロントの方も親切でよく冷えたおいしいウェルカムドリンクと冷たいおしぼりを出してくれました！1階は吹き抜けで噴水があり良い雰囲気でこのお値段で？！とびっくりしました｡カードキーも使い勝手よく感度もよかったです。冷蔵庫、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ソープ、シャワーキャップのアメニティが揃っておりミネラルウォーターを毎日補充してくれます。ダブルの部屋に一人で泊まっていたので2本毎日清掃の度に補充されてありがたかったです。お部屋も広くエアコンもよく効いて快適な滞在でした！ 空港からのバスがCDF(アンコール免税店)とアンコールマーケットに停まるという情報を信じてバスを使いましたが、バスはCDFが最終です！降りた途端にトゥクトゥクにつかまりますので交渉の心の準備を！私は疲れていたので日本語をしゃべるふっかけてくる奴に捕まってしまったのでご注意をｗｗCDFからなら2ドルくらいが相場のはずです。 ホテルは最高です。3泊中1泊目はたくさん宿泊客がいたためか朝食ブッフェでしたが2，3泊目は注文式でした。1番のヌードルがすごくおいしいのでおすすめです。 みなさま、日本語をしゃべるトゥクトゥクにはご注意を！！アンコールワットまでも離れていないので立地も非常にいいです。楽しい滞在でした！ありがとう！！

A true oasis. The hotel is nice, including the atrium and pool. Staff polite and helpful, always either attentive to guests or busying themselves with some detailed cleaning. We got the pool area for ourselves in the late afternoon, the maids were wiping water from the floor soon after i left the pool. In an unobtrusive way, bowing and smiling. Best place during our Thai/Cambodia trip.

오래되고 낡은호텔..조식 메뉴도 몇가지 없고..추가인원해서3만원 추가결제했는데..간이침대도 없고..전체적으로..별로.

Close to shopping. Staff was wonderful. Mr Vin was our tuk tuk driver for the week from the hotel. All was great!

We were picked up at the airport with no hassle. Our room was a 3x twin bed room so we did not have a terrace like most of the other rooms. The view out of our window wasn’t the best although it wasn’t a big deal. The staff were all very nice and attentive especially the receptionist who we met at the airport. Sorry I can’t spell your name but thumbs up to you and your lovely smile :)

We chose this hotel to suit our budget and so we were not looking for five star. Having said that it is very good value for the cost. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and service is superb. The breakfast included in the cost included a wide choice of food from continental style with cereals and toast and Danish, to salads, fresh fruit and many local dishes in the Bain Marie's. There is a lovely pool and a small fitness centre. We used both. But let me come back to the service as that was five star in a hotel that was not claiming five stars. Firstly it did it's 4 stars to a very high level for everything it offered. But the service was superb. Everyone was so friendly and we were always greeted as we left and returned. All requests were quickly met...such as extra pillows or help organizing transport to the bus depot and information about local places to eat. And always help to get a Tuk Tuk to take us. It was situated across the road from an enormous supermarket and that was a huge plus. We were able to buy fresh sliced fruits there to take on the long bus trip back to Phnom Penh. Just a few doors down from the hotel was a superb Cambodian vegetarian eatery called Chamkar House. Being close tot hat was fantastic. We would certainly return to the Treasure Oasis Hotel in Siem Reap again.

Un personnel aux petits soins ,d’une grande disponibilité et souriant ,petit dejeuner très complet .Etablissement très propre . Hôtel à recommander.Petit bémol,un peu de vis à vis depuis notre chambre .

Dès notre arrivée l'accueil a été fantastique. Tout le personnnel se met en 4 pour que votre sejour soit agréable. La propreté est irréprochable dans tout l'hôtel. Notre chambre est spacieuse et dispose d'un balcon donnant sur la piscine (pratique pour faire sécher le linge), d'un coffre, d'un frigo (2 bouteilles d'eau gratuites sont fournies chaque jour), de peignoirs et pantoufles. La salle de bain est assez grande avec une baignoire et un large plan de travail avec articles de toilette renouvelés chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est super complet avec du chaud et du froid. La piscine est très agréable et au calme. L'hôtel est situé proche de la route principale mais néanmoins au calme. Il dispose d'un ascenseur.
