The hotel is all wood which gives it an old fashion feel. Room was very nice. Very friendly staff. The nights we stayed there was a block party outside the hotel that played loud music until 5 am. We couldn't sleep the first night and asked to change rooms which they did. The breakfast was good. It is located in a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

Tge room was nice and overlooked the street and river and noght merler entrance was steps to shopping and food and activities. The coffee at breakfast was some of the most flavorful ive ever had. It was from in country modolkiri i believe and its damn good. There is an omlete bar and a buffet style breakfast as well.

Ta Prohm was awesome. The staff quickly arranges for a car if you want to go somewhere, the breakfast was yummy and only $6, and our room was huge! My only complaint is that the hotel is so close to Pub Street that it can be noisy in the room, bring earplugs!

The Hotel is unique Just need more aminities like Toothpaste. Toothbrush, lotion, Qtips Extra pillows not just 1 pillow per bed. Need small face towel.

Overall the hotel did not come up to expectations. I booked what was advertised as a superior double room. It had little to no natural light. Only had hot water shower on the final morning. They would polish the floors outside my room as early as 6:30 am. Little sound proofing so could hear other guests at all hours.
Complimentary water looked to be tap water so did not use it.
Huge positives were the staff who were all incredibly respectful and eager to assist.

It's perfectly located. A lot of dining options. The only problematical part was that they weren't really helpful to find the pickup place for my bus transfer. But this was mostly my fault

I want to start up by saying that the staff here is really nice and they try to accommodate you but this hotel is absolutely horrible. I saw roaches every day of my three day stay here. There are no electrical wall inserts to charge your phone near the bed. I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone. This was an inconvenience because I had to keep my phone by my bed to hear my alarm so I will go the day with only half percent of my phone. The room that they showed me on Expedia is not the room that they gave me when I arrived there. I would not recommend this hotel

Location, Location, Location. Easy to get to Pub Street. Hotel needs to provide 2 room cards so you can leave air con on while out. Need hooks in bathroom to hang bath towels up. Otherwise not a bad hotel right where you need to be. Breakfast was okay but just too hot to eat in an open aired dining room.
