這裏在市中心，附近有商場餐館，地點很好， 但早上有大馬開音樂跳舞，有點嘈。早餐就很不錯，清潔1天2次， 中午有凍水和凍茶很不錯。

交通方便 ,家庭房間設備超讚,服務好,早餐選擇性很高,餐點都好吃,給我們留下非常好的印像,住得很滿意1

總體來說不錯, 舊法國殖民特色酒店裝潢, 雖然酒店面積不大, 不過設施都比較齊全, 如果你不喜歡現代化的酒店, 此處絕對值得推薦

Enjoyable serenity in every corner of the hotel. Breakfast is not too grand but acceptable. Quite convenient to go to town centre even with a walk.

This hotel stays in good location of Siem Reap, we went to supermarket, malls, pub street and old market easily. The hotel’s design and decoration are nice. Its staffs are very efficient, polite and welcoming. It provides great breakfast. The room is also nice. The bed of my friend is too soft, it is not good for sleep, the housekeeping staffs help us to change the bed. I will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting to Siem Reap.

The food at the restaurant is great - both Asian and Western, though the French food was not authentic enough. But some flies and mosquitoes at the outdoor area of the restaurant is unpleasant. Convenient location with walking distance to a big shopping mall, supermarket and tourist night market. The free pick-up from the airport is an excellent and soothing service. Other hotel tuk-tuk and car service are all reasonably charged and gave us great comfort in terms of safety.

Relaxing setting with lots of greens. Good food and nice spa. Just that there are some mosquitoes in the open space and some flies in the restaurant. MIld water leakage problem at our bathroom.

从tripadvisor上看到Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa的排名比较靠后，到之前还比较忐忑。结果来到现场一看，非常nice啊！实物设施比照片好的不是一点点！！！同时服务员也非常友好，特别让小朋友喜欢的是见面就送了一个壁虎布偶，每天也会为小朋友送上一个小礼物，简直让小朋友爱不释手。有机会一定会再来的！非常感谢Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa给我们了一个完美的假期！！！

Exceptional hotel and staff. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our visit was derailed by the COVID crisis. Fabulous property, fabulous rooms, fabulous breakfast. We can't wait to return!

Hôtel 5 étoiles agréable, avec un parfum d’époque, boiseries, mobilier, aménagement, etc. Personnel attentif et très gentil. Piscine merveilleuse. Rien à redire. La distance avec le centre-ville idéale. Parc en face.

Colonial style hotel with old world charm. Very attentive staff that makes sure that your needs are taken care of. Khenya at the front fest was very helpful whenever we had any questions.

ホテルのコロニアル風の建物自体や中庭のプールは素敵だし、水回り特にバスに年月を感じた以外、部屋も清潔に掃除されている。ツインの部屋のベットの幅が狭いのは驚いた。朝食レストランは美味しいし、スタッフも感じ良い。評判のフレンチレストランの方は、やや期待外れ。土曜日のディナータイムに二組しか客がいなく、すぐ近くで一皿づつ食べ終わるのをじっと見つめられていて感じが悪かった。そんなにすぐ食べ終わるわけもないのに。料理も言われているほどではない。 旅行前にコンシェルとやりとりをしてツアーの手配レストランの手配を依頼していたが、4泊滞在した最終日の夕食になって、コンシェルジュが提案して予約したレストランが当日になって休みであることが判明し、担当したコンシェルが休みだったためそれをめぐって非常に時間がかかり最低だった。フロントデスクではレストランの場所すら間違った情報を言ったし。自分でTuktuk にのって休みか確認に行けとまで言ったので、啞然とした。当然こちらも黙ってはいないし、翌日まで非常に気分が悪かった。
