I’ve stayed at 1 hotel Toronto 4 times now and the exceptional service from staff, and attention to detail makes every stay absolutely perfect, I’ve never had a single complaint!! They impress me and exceed my expectations every time, I wish there was a spa in the hotel and I would truly never leave!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Staff all very friendly. Rooms beautiful. Would recommend using the rooftop pool. Gym downstairs well equipped too, don’t forget to take a towel if you’re using the steam room in the changing rooms down there. Would definitely return.

We really liked the neighborhood location. And it was a convenient walk to many different areas. Our room facing Wellington was a bit noisy but the rooms were very nicely appointed with a lot of modern features. It has an excellent vibe at nighttime.
