Check in was great and room was spacious. Area wasn’t far from the sky train and access to the city. Not a lot of restaurants or shopping around the area.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Did not like the bed pillows - hard as a rock. Also it was unfortunate that the attached restaurant did not open for breakfast.

The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. Upon arrival we were given 2 packets of coffee so next time I will bring snacks etc. and the vending machines were out of order too. Thank you.

The front desk staff are not helpful and didn’t go above and beyond. Didn’t even try. I always booked at accent inn but this kind of service is not the usual experience i have in the Richmond location. So disappointing.
