The room was decent but it needs soundproof upgrade as you can see the gaps in the door, so sound leak is frequent.

The room size is good. It is clean. Fridge and microwave are available. Location is reasonable. There is no safe in the room. You have to request the coffee from the front disc. No tea available

Very clean, air conditioning was quiet.

Honestly was a little cautious about this property because of the high reviews but lower price compared to other places with same high rating, but it was as good as it sounds!! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay there. Birdies is an excellent place to eat in easy walking distance. Check in was quick and flawless. I don't hesitate to recommned this hotel and would stay there again. No free breakfast however....:-(.

Me and my bestfriend stayed there for four days and 3 nights. We just checked out as a matter of fact, currently in the airport awaiting to board. Rhoda was the person who helped us and the other lady who i forgot to ask the name. Rhoda went over and beyond, she asked about what our plan was and even provided assistance on how to get were we needed to go, and they also allowed us to keep our luggage at tye frontdesk since we are on an evening flight, we were able to buy what we needed to buy last minute. Although rhida was no longer there the guy handed over our luggages and allowed us to stay by the lobby, although when we said thank you, there were two women and 1 guy at the desk , i didnt seem to hear anyone greeted back, its petty but it makes a big impact for majority of guests, they will leave feeling valued, seen and would want to comeback. Consistency of service as they say. I used to be a frontdesk manager before and this is one of the feedback we usually get. Just thought id share But overall, we loved our stay. We will definitely comeback and will no longer stay in richmond but rather here in burnaby.thank you

Staff was wonderful, our rooms were cleaned everyday and also we were able to have a late checkout on our day which was very helpful with our travel plans

General are very good

There’s laundry and ice. Elevator was one in the middle of the hotel so better to use the stairs. The outside lighting was very cute and flowers above each light. A little musty / weird smell in the rooms. Good outdoor parking. Overall very good and convenient. Price reasonably.

Wow, what an awesome place!! Super clean, great staff, everything exceeded our expectations!
