After reading some of the reviews we were a little concerned about things but decided to give it a try since all other options would have cost us substantially more. We found no issues whatsoever. You do have to go to the Offsale to check in (which the door is clearly marked as the Hotel Lobby) but not sure why others had an issue with that. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and it was quick and easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bar was no issue as we didn’t hear a thing and it was Saturday night. If you want new and fancy, feel free to spend the extra $50/night to stay in a chain hotel. If you want clean, comfortable and affordable this is a very good option.

Food at the owned adjacent restaurant, was excellent at a very reasonable price.
Large room with large Tv and large fridge.
Renovated bathroom.
Large clean bed and very friendly staff and Manager.

This property does not have a dedicated lobby and is only opened between 10 Am and 10 Pm.
Excellent value for what it offers!

Good price but room very loud. Could hear everything the upstairs room said. No sound insulation on ceiling or door. Not sure why they would renovate and not sound proof. That and cleanliness is the most importance part of a hotel room. Cheap furniture and curtains but for the price I guess it’s to be expected. Would not stay again because of the sound proofing issue.
