They put me at the back of hotel, sliding doors ground floor...Senior woman...3 cars back there did not feel safe requested another room which they gave. Front desk was very helpful...lobby was nice....but rest of hotel needed a complete face lift. Very old. Stucco falling off side of building, landscaping was nil. .pool not open...@187.00 a nite think there was better choices.. would not stay again

Woman at the front desk was nice, gave me extra towels when I asked. However, we only had two towels in the room when I booked with my family, sooooo net zero I guess. One set of bed sheets had what appeared to be processed cheese caked on (like they weren’t washed properly and then dried). Other bed sheets were stained purple (paint we hope?) Showerhead sprayed everywhere and soaked the bathroom floor that we had to clean. Nor was there body wash in the bathroom. One of the cheapest toilet papers I’ve ever seen. Also learned others had booked far in advance but the hotel cancelled their reservations without notifying them, as they realized late that there was a large soccer tournament in town. So they artificially inflated their prices (i.e. surge pricing). Breakfast starts at 7 which is kind of pointless for early morning games. I will say the location was convenient though. Overall, I recommend finding somewhere else (if you can), until they deal with maintenance issues. For that inflated price? No thanks.

We booked an executive king room but the moved us to the basement, wall paper is falling off, smelled like mold and rotten food, no elevator, hotel is in very poor condition and it still cost us over $300. I do not recommend this hotel.

Hot tub is broken empty and doesn’t work yet it says it works online also the restaurant wasn’t open they told me it has been closed for maintenance absolutely disappointing I would have went to a different hotel had I known their was no hot tub or restaurant! 😡

After we arrived, I found out that this hotel is in receivership. The outside is very dirty and the rooms are very worn out and stained. We even had a homeless person knock on our patio door and ask for money. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Hotels.com need to update the star rating as it was listed as 4 stars. It should be 1 star.

Didn’t make it to breakfast but I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed the sauna and pool

Hot tub was not functional on arrival and pool appeared cloudy - Not maintained well. Appearance of outside of hotel shows structural damage that has not been addressed. This is the very first property that I have encountered bed bugs. This will be the absolute last time I stay at this property. Don't waste your money.

The property is old. Bed was worn out. The room was clean but old and worn.

Property is quite warn, seemingly long overdue for a face lift. Ie: laminate was peeling off the doors. Priced well over its value. Confusing layout makes it difficult to get around; would not be very friendly if you have accessibility issues.

This is by far the filthiest hotel I have ever been in. New owners have just let this place fester and rot. Anywhere you look the wallpaper was peeling, towels were filthy, and the topper, there was a massive blood stain on the floor of my room. These people are dirty and do not care about cleanliness whatsoever. Take a wild guess

Badly stained carpets, stained tub, bed was not very comfortable at all. Pool and hot tub were both out of commission!! Definitely was not worth the $155 for the night

Room was ok, staff were ok, hockey tournament teams staying so noisey at night, pool was advertised but not available, parking lot was slippery

Very unclean inside and outside the room. Corridors filthy and trash on floor. Walls dirty and need decorating. In the room, the bathroom was dated, thing's loose, bathtub filthy. I actually felt cleaner before the shower
