Poor communication. Sent inquiry multiple times about shuttle details, no respond. Left an item in the hotel room, called the hotel 3 hours after check out, they insist they would call back. Nothing. Called to followup once a day for the next 5 days, until they said they couldn’t find it. I submitted a survey complaining about the incident, they responded that they found my item within a few hours. Took them 2 weeks to send my item back, where i had to create a shipping label on my own. It took me over 3 weeks to get my item back, which I paid express shipping for. The stay was fine, as long as you don’t need any customer service. And there aren’t any restaurants or shops in the area.

Great spot close to the airport. Excellent service and cute little bar. Perfect for a layover.

we loved our stay, however the cleaning staff was knocking on our door at 10:30am and then at 10:45am asking what time we'd leave the room so they can clean it. the hotel standard checkout time is 12pm. I found that odd as I had never had that happen at any other hotel but maybe it's normal at that hotel, we just felt rushed.

Our first floor room smelled like a dog had lived there. The carpets aren’t the cleanest.

Pretty nice and clean property and close to the airport. Nice staff.

They didn’t have my room type available. When questioned on it, they say they don’t have control if room types overbook. Frustrating.

Great hotel, close to the airport with free shuttle.

I prepaid and booked a king bed and at check in the lady asked what I wanted and I said to her exactly what I paid and reserved which was a king bed. She still gave me a room with two double(?) beds?

The snack we shared, pulled pork tacos, soggy and messy and small fries was way overpriced.

Location was exactly what I needed. Breakfast was poor. Check in was swift and easy. Room was spacious and comfortable. BUT… I woke up covered in around 40 insect bites that itched like crazy. Disgusting

It was just okay really. Nothing special about it to me. Just glad it was clean. The desk people were very helpful.
