Perfect location everything you need is on-site or across the street. Right off the hyw and easy to get anywhere.

Last minute booking and it was a good experience overall.

Overall, a good place to stay

Very nice hôtel. Staff were very pleasant and room was very clean.

Not enough towels had to ask 5 times for more than one for 2 people

We received a call from the manager to make our bad stay right. ( because of loud guests ) I am pleased that they took the time to call me back and that they genuinely wanted to help make it right.

There was a group of hockey parents and their kids staying on my floor. Kids ran up and down the halls and camped out in the hallway. Very loud.

It’s a beautiful hotel, conveniently located. The only unusual thing was the floor-to-ceiling window in the shower that faced the main room.

The cost of the room was excessive for what it was. Nothing was really wrong except the price.

Kids were playing in the hall almost all night. Opening and closing doors every two seconds, running up and down the halls. We call twice. Nothing was done. That same night around 3:30 a group of adults decided to have a kid party outside our room. After an hour of listening to them we called down again to ask if they could remove them. Again nothing was done. Then once again starting at 6 in the morning the kids were back playing in the halls. And nothing was done once again. We paid $300 and had a 7 hour drive back home with absolutely no sleep. !! Worst experience at a hotel and worst staff ever!

The housekeeping came in and cleaned our room prior to check out. They threw out our food and wine in the fridge!

Very modern, clean, easily accessible from the highway and close to shopping.

Was woke up on both nights by loud noises outside of the hotel directly below our room. Not sure if garbage is are emptied out of the bins? Friday night was at 12:40 AM Saturday night was at 3:40 AM. When checking in, the front desk, proceeded to answer phone calls repeatedly holding my ID while I waited to be checked in.

Our favourite go to spot. When travelling from Ottawa to Windsor. Staff most excellent such a pleasure every time. Awesome rooms

Definitely staying here again!

They don’t serve breakfast with your room for 300 dollars you think you would get a toast or a bowl of cereal. Wrong!
