The customer service was excellent, they were quite helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and both modern-looking and cozy at the same time. The restaurant onsite is amazing- you could justify visiting the hotel just for a meal there!
The convenience to the airport Link train which then connects you to the UP Express makes travelling downtown even easier. We will stay here again i am sure.

Been staying here for many years now , these days I prefer to stay here then in downtown Toronto , so easy to grab the up train to Union Station for only $12:50

The room’s carpet was dirty, plastic price tag hangers were on the floor. And hairs in the shower. The bed was suppose to be a queen but seemed more like a double. Definitely not worth the price paid. The only reason I paid the price was because of convenience.

I have stayed in many of the Toronto (YYZ) airport hotels, and this is by far my favourite. The main reason is the convenience of having the airport terminal train right at the hotel's front door. No need to book a shuttle, or take a taxi. You simply walk from your flight to the train platform in the airport, and it drops you at the hotel, free of charge. Same thing when headed to the airport from the hotel. Very convenient, and the train takes only a few minutes.
