Nous avons bcp apprécié l'espace. La cusine équipée. Nous avions un balcon cependant, aucun ameublement extérieur, alors nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Évidemment c'était sûrement dû au fait que nous y avons logé au début avril. Mais le reste était parfait. J'adore l'autonomie pour l'accès au studio sans passer par une réception.

Great location - restaurants and bar just near the hotel. Train station 20 min by walk, downtown/Quebec citadel also not so far. Nice place to stay - definitely!

A nice central location so a bit loud from the street and other guests. Parking was 20$ at a lot about 5 minutes away on foot. Recently renovated with a nice little porch accessed from a back door. Beds (including the sofa bed) were incredibly comfortable plus a fully equipped kitchen. No breakfast.

The apartment was really great but the apartment 2 people made a lot of noise in the middle of the night (lots of bottles sound), also lots of people screaming outside. We couldn't sleep properly.

Very bad

Room was clean and pretty, with functional kitchen, but the location was very loud (in front of a bar with a lot of circulation in general at night) and the communication with the responsable person / owner (unsure) was complicated and I was charged money for a parking I didn't use. I understand it is a misunderstanding, but seems irresponsible for a professional institution. Overall,very clean and confortable room, but in a loud and 'rough' location with difficult communication with the hotel itself.

Très bien situé. L’appartement est est confortable et bien équipé.

Great place but the street is a bit noisy.

We loved our stay here! The location was great and we highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay near downtown.

The kitchen was nice. It had all the necessary equipment to cook and everything was clean

Beau séjour de 2 jours en famille ! Belle surprise à notre arrivée de constater que l’appartement est divisé sur 2 étages : les chambres en bas à l’entrée avec salle d’eau et cuisine- salon et salle de bain complète à l’étage ! Donc matin tranquille pour les dormeurs ! Très bien décoré ! Et matelas et literie de qualité. Cuisine bien équipé en terme de vaisselle ! À proximité de plein de restaurant et petite épicerie à pied ! Et très près du vieux Québec. Je recommande !

Manque d’eau chaude à notre arrivée, nous n’avons pu prendre notre douche. Manque d’isolation, plancher très froid et thermopompe doit être mis à une haute température pour être confortable. Très propre et confortable par ailleurs, proprio facile à contacter!

Parking was in a lot about 0.5 kilometers away. The unit was on the street level. The area is getting better but currently is hit or miss. Kids across the street were partying, and there's some homeless presence, though some good restaurants were nearby too. The interior was outstanding, but at night you could hear people walking past your window and talking. Street light was visible through the curtains. There was trash truck noise two out of the five days I stayed there. On trash days, the trash bins are right outside the bedroom window and front door (see photo).

fait attention la propriétaire utilisera votre carte pour faire des prélèvement elle même ! j'ai été prélever d'une somme supplémentaire sur ma carte pour aucune raison.

The apartment was super clean. Instructions were very clear for check-in, check-out and parking. The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. We had a great stay! The building is not very soundproof. You might hear some noise from the street outside at night.

It was like staying with a good friend, yet private. A very quiet building and area. A wonderful place!

Not clean. Dirty towels, dirty sheet that was covering an even dirtier couch. Had to go to Wal-Mart to buy sheets, pillowcases and towels. In the book left on counter she requests we brings the towels downstairs and throw them in the wash for her. No wonder they were not clean. Expecting guests to do hotel laundry? That was a first. And a last. Neighborhood kinda sketch. Some guy trying to do drugs right in front of us. Wouldn't have bothered me if the door had a real deadbolt. It didnt really lock all the way. Do not stay here if you like feeling comfortable and safe.
