Room and toilet are clean. Not far from metro Sherbrooke. Front desk are nice. Ideal for backpackers, especially the breakfast is included. it's a good place to meet some new friends.

Staff was very nice with easy check in. Guest were also very nice and welcoming. The room and bathrooms were all kept very clean. Nice location

I booked this room just a couple hours before checking in as I had a change of travel plans. Upon arriving the property seemed promising. I booked a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. But when I was directed to my room it felt like a maze to find it on the 4th floor. Previous floors had a secondary staircase for emergency fire exits, while the 4th floor only had one narrow staircase with no secondary fire exit. I’m not sure if that’s a fire code violation in Montreal or not but it made me feel anxious, claustrophobic, and unsafe. I spoke to the front desk about it and they showed me another room on the floor bellow, which was the floor with an emergency exit. I said yes to this room and only after was told it would be an extra $100 for that room. I was really not pleased with that so I asked if they could just cancel my reservation, especially since I had only booked it a couple of hours before, and I would relocate somewhere else. The staff said they could cancel it but I would be charged a fee of basically the cost of my night. I really wasn’t impressed with how this was dealt with. It was a nice enough place and in a good area and if on the floors bellow 4 I would say it’s a good deal. But my experience won’t have me returning.

Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit déjeuner c’était compliqué car trop de monde. Ouvert de 8h a 10h. C’est mal organisé car tous le monde arrive en même temps et il n’y a plus de place pour manger. On se retrouve debout. La chambre était propre, avec le linge fournis (serviettes et drap) Très bien situé, proche de pleins de commerces. Le métro est pas loin.

Le personnel était super. Mon expérience était un peu diminuée par le fait que j’étais dans une chambre très bruyante.

Nous avons apprécié pouvoir cuisiner nos repas sur place. Le petit déjeuner est super !

Le personnel, courtois et efficace.

Une superbe auberge tres bien située. Un accueil tres agréable et le personnel est toujours disponible ou a notre écoute. La cuisine est a disposition jusqu'à 21h pour se prépare son diner. Frigos partagé a disposition. Petit dejeuner de 8h a10h00 avec d excellents pancakes et un petit dejeuner copieux. Ambiance simple et chaleureuse. Une adresse a revenir. Seul bémol, les nombreuses marches mai comme le dis le gérant...c est bon pour la santé

No on site parking as it was advertise. Bathrooms were dirty and no shampoo nor soap to take a shower was provided. To dry hands we had to use towels that other people used. Breakfast variety was minimum and you had to wash dishes after yourself.

Loved my stay! Staff was super nice and accommodating, met some great people and overall had a great first solo trip experience there.
