Served the purpose to sleep but that's all. Close to water front.

The outside was nice but the inside wasn’t bad. Flushing the toilet takes a little long but over good place. We booked it late but the worker stayed half hour later than normal to check us in.

The lady was wonderful and understanding at check in. Her husband wasn’t so pleasant at check out. The room was in ok shape. There was hole punched into the back of the bathroom door, toilet didn’t want to flush properly and fly’s in the bathtub. Really should be fixed. But what do expect for the price of a night’s stay. Otherwise my stay was worth it. I would probably stay again if I had to.

The room smelled of a strong cigarette smell. It was in poor shape. Not the cleaness. Cobwebs on corners of the room. Sink leaked.

This hotel is disgusting. What else do you want me to say?

Very rude staffs. No consideration for a refund after 2 hrs of my reservation. They let me know that I can’t refund at check out time, they should have said it right away when I ask but instead told me to wait for their manager decision on next day. Otherwise we’ll come and spend the night there than paying for nothing.

Reception area smelled. Room flooded. No other rooms so only towels placed on the floor. No refund or discount offered. Place is very run down. Won't ever stay there again.

Location to the venue was fine the $30 dollar taxi I felt was steep. Didn’t like the sketchy door& lock. It was clean thankfully. What I did NOT like was being Charges $25 dollars more to check in early!!! My room was ready it was NO inconvenience to him to open the lobby door to hand me my key!!!

The property was located off of a Main Street in Orillia. There was a crack in the front door (which is in front of the bed) which allowed anyone to look in (eliminating any privacy as you got into or out of the bed) and observe you or a guest. The bed was wobbly and not very secure. The curtains allowed people from the outside, to look inside (again, not a lot of privacy). The tub’s floor was very slippery during the shower (the motel needs to apply some slip resistance substance on the floor of the tub.

Close to Rama, $20 cab ride to the casino. Cheap room. Friendly staff. Room was ok. Get what you pay for.

There where clean sheets and towels. However the rest of the room was less than substandard. Walls where dirty and I was afraid to touch anything

Wife was intermittent at best and always a weak signal. When I called the front desk no one answered. When I went to the front desk in person the door was locked and no one answered. The paint job in the room was laughable.

The location is fabulous and the service was great. My Mum's room had everything working. My room had a few issues with TV and heating and the fridge. On the whole it was a great get away in a motel like accommodation. Being across from the Lake with a long trail was lovely.

the bayview inn Orillia is an older motel I a fantastic location down by the waterfront the rooms are adequate beds are comfortable could use better lighting in the sink area nice tv wifi great place be up at the beach

Very comfortable in my room with a nice TV, fridge and microwave, also, had an end unit and very quiet plus had a nice bed to sleep in

We read the reviews, booked on line, arrived on time and check in was less than 5 minutes. The staff member was courteous, helpful. The room is neat, clean, the beds are good, plenty of hot water. Seems to have been recently redecorated. For the price this is excellent accommodations and would not hesitate to book again. There is a large screen TV, micowave and mini frig, and hair dryer. We had a room at the back so there was no traffic noise but it seems to be a fairly quiet location.
