Great customer service at the front desk

The staff who booked me was really great. The facility itself is a little run down, our doors had visible damage previously and then new locks put on which made me a little uneasy. The hot tub was out of service which was one of the reasons of booking here so that was a let down. There were barely any towels in the pool area as well, we had 2 for our family of 4, called for more towels and only a few more brought down but there were more people using the pool at this point. The breakfast is very simple (coffee, cereal, couple fruits, wraps in the fridge to warm up?), preferred to eat out. For the price, I don’t think this will be my go to stay in Lloyd.

If you have disposable slippers, that would be great.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable.

Room are very old and outdated, pictures look much nicer then in person, main choice for hotel selection was for hot tub, which was not working, they did say they notified Expedia of it, so not sure who mislead here.

I liked that there is an outside entrance.

Staff was lacking in support when issues were brought up of no hot water at all

Receptionists were pleasant and accommodating!

Very disappointed that the hot tub was not working and has not been working for many months. We drove 5 1/2 hours to use a hot tub pool and check out the new casino in Lloydminster. The room was good. Staff was good. Breakfast was also very good.

Service to rooms was good once done but they missed my room one day. Toilet flushing was “iffy”. No sink stopper in bathroom and easy to lose small items down the drain. Room charges were meant to stay at previous charge when I had to extend my stay for 2 nights. Had to get the charges rectified. Unless a customer is a trucker they should not put them in the back where the semis are often running very early in the morning. It is very noisy. I had to ask to be moved to the front. All in all I would have to say that the experience was adequate. It was 2 minutes away from the hospital which is the reason I was there.

Very convenient for travel with a dog. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access for potty breaks for the dog. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again
