I don’t usually don’t write a review but unfortunately this place is very disappointing. The staff was very friendly though. The scenery was beautiful and relaxing but the place didn’t work out for me. I went there for 2 night stay with my family for my birthday. We check in late at the place and we enter, the door going to the patio was broken and anyone could had gotten inside. I called the emergency maintenance multiple times so that they could fix the door, but no answer. So we ended up sleeping at the place with the door broken. I even put the chair or sofa at the door so no one could open it. It was so terrifying, Couldn’t sleep well that night not even a wink! The next day I gave them a call and the maintenance tried to fix the door, but in the end they couldn’t fix it. We couldn’t even use the terrace and bbq during our stay! The place was also dusty even the bed sheets! I expected more to this place. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the place. I hope they would fix the issues and give a satisfactory experiences for the new guest.

Clean and excellent amenities! The customer service was polite and available. The pool was relaxing and the sushi restaurant was exquisite.

The people here are very nice and accommodating. The hotel pool and bistro are very nice. Our unit was clean and nice, comfortable, quiet, but the online photos are a bit deceiving. The property is close to the rail trail and town and that is why I picked it. The Sushi restaurant was very good.

Beautiful and welcoming resort, with a super friendly and relaxed staff. The spaces are extremely comfortable and the saunas amazing, and there is everything you need on site or a short drive away.

Clean, pretty location and quite convenient to the area if driving. Late check-in is very easy and convenient but also means you don't get some useful information like how to operate safe, tv, fans or where extra supplies are like tissue and toilet paper.

Le Bâtiment est très beau mais à de $1300.00 la nuit, check in 17h, check out 10h ca nous donne pas beaucoup de temps. Rebord des rideaux pas fait, porte entrée barre pas, pas de câble, porte panneau électrique au sol pas posé, du tape de construction encore dans les vitres, aucune explication du fonctionnement dès commodité,(foyer, sauna etc..) 2 pods de café Nespresso( LITTÉRALEMENT 2 GORGEZ DE CAFÉ) et me charger 2$ chaque pour extra!! Et le site a pas d’arbres car ils les ont touts couper dans la construction. Finalement la toilette, bonne chance à voir vos Dépôt partir. Laisser commentaire à l’établissement et ils m’ont jamais revenu avec une excuse!!! Très déçu. Je recommande pas cette endroit!!

The nice thing about this place that we liked was you get your own pod and surrounded by wilderness and it is very peaceful there is lots of privacy around the pod which is nice I would definitely recommend people going here. It is worth the experience.

It was a great place to relax. I spent my time in the jaccuzi and spa, and reading my book on the balcony. The place was exactly like in the pictures and was very clean. The staffs were friendly and offered great service!

Will be a fantastic property once complete, however many things still unfinished led to a small disappointment for our first visit here.

The hotel called the night before our scheduled arrival and cancelled our reservation. Frozen pipes (in March???) and lack of water. So disappointing.

Really nice resort! Easy acces and nice staff. Loved the late check in. Information were clear and the chalet was ready for us. Thanks Bel Air Tremblant!

The property was not as described. We stayed at chalet Stowe and it was very underwhelming. This property is not private but actually semi-detached and the spa and fire pit were shared with the 4 other properties.The spa wasn’t very clean either. Activities on site like Buggy tour/fat bike etc.. we’re not in operation due to Covid but there is a little on-site farm to visit. The kitchen at the property is t stocked with very much so it’s best to order in or eat out. Overall it’s a very basic, very boring and disappointing property.

This was our second stay at Bel Air. The first trip was amazing and we immediately knew we wanted to come back. Our recent trip was not as magical. At check-in, front desk wanted to charge me again for the reservation as they claimed to not have received payment from Expedia. I had to pull up my credit card statement to show them I had already been charged. The unit we stayed in was nice (at first glance) but there were a number of issues: •The bathtub leaked as soon as you sat in it. The water pools out of the bottom no matter how minimal the amount of water in the actual tub. •The air conditioner leaks and rattles. The leaking was so bad that we had to pile towels under it as it was soaking the floor, wall, and everything else in it's path. This is partially because there is no intake/output so the unit freezes and thaws. •The kitchen sink's tap handle kept falling off. It needs to be glued. •The dishwasher ran, but would never use the soap pod. We ran it three times (consecutively) and each time the soap pod was intact and unused. •The curtains don't cover the unit windows leaving large gaps. Granted, the unit is on a hill and site lines are minimal but it still leaves you feeling a little exposed. •None of the remotes had batteries that worked (TV and Fireplace) •There were no coffee filters for the machine (minor inconvenience but we had them last time) •The pool was down for maintenance one of the two days we stayed.

Overall, I would recommend this resort to couples looking for a romantic getaway just outside Montreal 1.5 hrs with light traffic. Our private chalet was nice, unfortunately the hot tub was not heated in time for our first evening there because it had gone under servicing. But other than this minor hiccup we had an enjoyable experience and everything was fairly top notch. Worth the money if you are looking for something private and romantic but still high end.

Truly an EPIC experience to stay in the Dome hotel!!! Everything about it was amazing and I highly recommend doing it!!! Spent Valentines and my Birthday there and it was spectacular!!!
