Very beautiful Inn. Highly recommend it. We didn’t do the Spa part but enjoyed walking in the woods near the Inn.

Nostalgia! My great Aunt Willa & Uncle Verne Gledhill used to own the mill & house. I spent some time there when I was kid 50+ish years ago, before they sold and it was converted. Too bad they couldn't figure out how to put in an elevator or a least a dumb waiter to haul up the luggage! At least they give you fair warning about it on their website.

There were so many things wrong with our stay at Benmiller Inn. The inn is looking pretty shabby and a bit depressing. It was clean in some areas and not in others. For sure our room was less than totally cleaned, and the mattress was old and sank way down on one side. It also creaked through the night. The hot tub was filled with cloudy water that was not hot enough...a pool of bacteria in other words. Finally, we and some other guests were not able to get breakfast because "we did not make reservations." We and the other guests had never been told that you need a reservation for breakfast, and had never encountered this before. We all had to go searching for breakfast in the closest town. All in all, the staff were pleasant but the place is past is prime. We would not stay there again.

The room was quite clean and cheery. The staff were extraordinarily kind , friendly and helpful. The dining room staff were particularly attentive and we had a wonderful time interacting with the kitchen and in particular our 2 servers Veronica and Georgia.

Most amazing hotel experience! Very unique layout and the grounds/property are stunning. Great to visit any time of year. Highly recommend the spa for a massage- Chrissy (Christine) is INCREDIBLE! The restaurant is OUTSTANDING - 5 stars but extremely affording. The pool is HUGE and the hot tub is kinda off in its own room with skylight type feature. Bed was super comfy and the keurig coffee was good and was nice that instead of just crap whitener powder hotels typically put your room you get the lil non dairy non refrigerated liquid whitener! I promise you will NOT be disappointed :)

Reception staff at check in was excellent

We stayed in the River Mill building which housed the pool. That was very convenient. Our room was large and overlooked the river through a large arched window. My biggest peeve with that beautiful window was that it was filthy dirty. The rest of the property was impeccably clean. It was also a little inconvenient that we had to drive back and forth to the restaurant. All in all we had a pleasant fall getaway.

If you’re looking for an adult getaway bemmiller inn is the perfect spot. We stayed one night in October. The river and fall trees were gorgeous. We hiked the Bruce trail for 6k, came back and went for a nice supper. The dinner was really good, would recommend the pork chop with blueberry compote. Suggest they add table cloths which would give the dining room a more formal atmosphere for a romantic supper for couples. After we went to relax in the Hottub and sauna. The pool looked nice, the Hottub really didn’t have strong jets so could use an upgrade. The sauna you need to turn on the heater about 10 min prior. Our room was nice, we had the House overlooking the river with a king bed. Nice comfy bed, clean and good size room with soaker tub. Only criticism is they should try to clean the windows from bug splatter. Breakfast was good, homemade and filling. We didn’t do the spa as the RMT was not available. It’s 10min from Goodrich town, for a nice evening walk and sunset . We would book again.

It’s away from the city so that is nice but the air unit in the room wouldn’t shut off so had to put up with that for 2 days. The say other then that was good though.

This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. Always a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The food in the restaurant is exceptional! The staff is awesome as well.

It is a lovely, rustic inn set on a beautiful piece of property! The grounds are beautiful and blend in well with the natural setting the Inn is in. We love the area with lots to do and see, and of course our 3 days there we where blessed with fabulous weather! Cheers and Thank you for an awesome stay! Mike and Ally 🇨🇦
