Very clean. Check in not as smooth as others. Was given a room on the 2nd floor when we arrived via bike with a trailer and two kids with no elevator... Got that straightened around. Hotel was great otherwise.

Bel hôtel neuf et spacieux. Deux bémols :
1) Pas de télévision intelligente (p. ex. pour Netflix).
2) Dès notre arrivée le samedi soir, la réception nous a dit que le petit déjeuner était compris mais qu'il ne comprenait qu'un oeuf et du bacon (??!) et qu'il faudrait payer un supplément pour le reste, et aussi qu'il y avait toujours beaucoup de monde pour le petit déjeuner du dimanche matin et qu'il faudrait se rendre au restaurant le matin et donner notre numéro de chambre pour qu'ils nous rappellent quand une table se libérerait. Nous avons décidé d'aller déjeuner ailleurs.

La propreté était A1, le petit déjeuner à la carte été fortement apprécié mais le bruit du chauffage un peu moins. Sinon super hôtel, nous avons aimé notre petit repos d’une nuit.

On a coucher le 24 au soir et en allant a notre déjeuners compris Ca fesait la file dehors il n’y avait aucune priorité pour les clients de lhotel cetait le khaos. Nous sommes allés a la réception et la fille sen fichait royalement . Cest genre pate pis ferme ta gu….!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. I have checked in late around 1 am , couldn’t find asleep until 3am as my non smoking room absolutely reaked of cigarette. Requested a late check out at 1pm instead of 12pm when checking in but that didn’t change anything as the house keepers banged on my door at 8:30 am , and then had a party in front of my room from 9:30 to the moment I wake up. Left to enjoy the complimentary breakfast around 10;45am , had the do not disturb on but my room was cleaned and my hat return to front desk as I was having breakfast… even if had stuff in the room and wanted to go back to shower and do some work prior to take the road. Asked the manager to give me a call as I believe it is unacceptable but never heard a sound despite leaving a message. Absolutely horrible experience.

Parking was an issue for our total stay. The parking lot was full in the evening and it was by sheer luck that we found a parking spot.

L’arrivée a été catastrophique : je suis arrivé à l’hôtel à 23 h 35 et je n’ai obtenu ma chambre qu’à 00 h 15. Le préposé à la réception n’avait manifestement ni la formation ni les compétences nécessaires pour être laissé seul et assurer un service à la clientèle adéquat.
Au départ, c’était le même préposé. Incapable de me fournir une facture, il m’a demandé d’attendre une heure l’arrivée d’un collègue. Lorsque je lui ai expliqué que cette demande n’avait aucun sens, il m’a finalement dit que je la recevrais par courriel ce qui n’est jamais arrivé. À ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas reçu de facture.
