Irene was super friendly and helpful. She delivered the things I needed to the room very quickly. The room was new and clean too.

Quick walk to mall. Safe location. Very clean rooms and hotel entrance. The breakfast area is really good.

Es un excelente lugar en Nanaimo, cuenta con amenidades de gran calidad, en particular su centro de lavado gratuito, su business center y el servicio de cafetería. Estuvimos 5 noches y en verdad disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia.

Quiet

Our stay was quick, it was a stopping point on our travels to get to the ferry early the next morning. It was clean and easy to get to. Close to restaurants and any other shopping. Off the highway and in a plaza. People may find noise, that would be the only issue as it is close to the highway but not really an issue for our immediate needs. We had a small balcony which was nice to sit out in the fresh air and allow air into the room. Breakfast is available but we left to early to try.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and nice fitness facility. I left something in my room and was able to come back in a couple of days to collect it. My room was also upgraded which was a pleasant surprise.

The front desk staff provided exceptional service. We reached earlier than our check in time, but we were allowed to our room. The young lady at the breakfast place, was very helpful too. Highly recommend this establishment.

Ground level suite that is well maintained. Across the street from a liquor store and all night convenience store hence a bit sketchy and noisy.

Really didnt like went out for the day.Here for soccer tournament our room wasnt made up came back garbages were still full beds not made keys to room not working.I should'nt have to ask to get my room cleaned.

Had a great two night stay. Enjoyed the large breakfast in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Comfortable, great location, lots of food options nearby. The staff was amazing, can’t forget the breakfast menu. Food was fresh and delicious. Would recommend and would book again

Quiet, beds we're comfortable, AC worked well, close to Starbucks 🙂. TV had Chromecast/room wifi support built in so we could watch Netflix
