This hotel was our life-saver as we made the reservation for Best Western right after on same night visiting/seeing/booking/cancelling at the "Hotel Motel Le Regent Quebec City" which was boarded-up, unsafe, broken windows in rooms, no one onsite! Stay away from this "Le Regent Motel" as this Motel is a scam and should not be on Expedia!!! Rather book at the Best Western - which is Awesome!! We went from Hell to Heaven within an hour!!!

Hotel was clean, renovated & the 330 Cafe for breakfast was great! Hotel & restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, big thank you to Elizabeth for providing us such great info! Now the hotel is located in downtown Quebec City & with all downtowns these days, there is homelessness. Although walking during the day was fine, there were parts that you need to be attentive and stay to main streets, night time we used Uber. We walked during the day to Old Quebec City & we were able to do it in 28 minutes not far, but lots of hills! Parking at the hotel was not free, $32/day but that is not surprising for city that is a vacation destination, parking lot was gravel. I would stay at this hotel again, but if you're looking to be in the heart of Old Quebec City it is a 28 minute uphill walk.

Nice location. Can walk to all attractions. However the bathroom ceiling was a little moldy.

Driving up, the area around the hotel had me concerned about what the hotel was going to be like. Happy to say I judged too quickly - hotel was great. Clean, nice atmosphere, and quiet.

Estuve 5 días, el primer día se me regó un café en la sabana, procedí a solicitar al día siguiente aseo y arreglo para mi habitación. Lo único que hicieron fue poner 2 toallas limpias, ni siquiera tendieron camas y nunca cambiaron las sábanas en 5 días.

Location and room conditions. Missing was a microwave oven.... staff was excellent, I do not remember all the names but at the check out, Leo was excellent (and a handsome young man!!). Thanks!!

Property was lovely-room was very comfortable and we loved the proximity to attractions.

The shower in our room was the worst hotel shower experience I have ever had, the shower head was very dirty causing it to spray water all over the floor, along with this there was no body wash/shampoo and the tub did not drain. When I told staff this issue they did nothing to address the issue and just said they would look into fixing it for the next guest.

Hôtel bien situé pour visité le quartier St-Roch. Pas très loin de la vieille ville.

It is close enough to the Old Quebec City to walk. We had beautiful 3 days exploring Old Quebec City.

J'ai pris une chambre exécutive. Lit très confortable, douche immense, j'en ai jamais vu d'aussi grande pour une personne. .

Breakfast excellent Went to the night restaurant for desert and drinks, drinks were terrible and desert just ok
