It was good, very friendly, been there multiple times now and every time is very nice!

The room was spotless the the staff was friendly and efficient..

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Staff went over and above in assistance. I'm a very satisfied customer and I'll return in future.

Check in went smoothly, staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. First night there was some excessive noise from the room next door that woke me up early in the morning but that is not the Inn's fault. Overall great stay - close to lots of ammenitieis and a short distance to the Wayne Gretzy Sports Centre. Price point is great and would stay again.

This is my second visit here immediately after my first visit. But everything is fine. No improvements needed anywhere.

Was very clean except face cloths. That was not a problem because I usually bring my own any way. Managers gave us a warm greeting, pertinent info gir wifi and tv. Very friendly and offered assistance. Just needed a coat rsck or closet to put out stuff away. I would recommend.

The motel looked suspect from the moment we arrived. Rough looking individuals sitting outside of several of the rooms. Got the keys from a staff member who was pleasant enough. Was told there was no smoking in the room. No problem we don't smoke. Walked into the room and was assaulted by the smell of smoke. The bedspread which was dark in color had several stains on it. There were marks all over the walls. Some dirt others soap and others undetermined. It took us about 2 minutes to decide that we were not staying in this filth and we returned the key and left.

Room is spacious and large walk in shower. But bed is worn out and like a hammock and the shower needs a shelf to put soap, shampoo and face cloth, though the tile is very nice it eas not convenient.

Stayed in a similar type inn before had a good experience so thought would give it another try and it was another great experience. Met by a friendly fellow at the front desk. Was very nice and accommodating to our needs. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. If in area again would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, we found a wet facecloth draped over the shower curtain rod. When we let them know they apologized but told us there was no other rooms available. We stayed 2 nights. However when we arrived back to our hotel on the 2nd day we noticed our room had been entered and the towels we used had been removed. When we spoke to staff they said its a service they provide to freshen up the room but assured us they just remove dirty towels and nothing else. We were not notified of this when booking nor did we ask for this. Whats most infuriating...is that they didnt even remove the dirty wet cloth that was there when we initially checked in. Nor did they check to see if we were running low on toilet tissue. Which we were. We literally ran out prior to check out. I would NOT recommend staying here. The cleanliness issue combined with the people that are living in this motel make this an undesirable location to stay. We will not be back.

The hotel was alright in general, and the room was big enough for our short stay. The mattress and armchair were very dirty, but the mattress had a sheet on it. Many of the units of the motel I think are occupied by homeless people as part of the government reaching home directives, and they caused a lot of noise at night and early morning hours.

Bed was a little firm. Not the most comfortable, but the room was clean and modern. Recent updates have given the room a fresh new look. Bathroom was large with a luxurious shower. If you have to stay anywhere in this area. Make it this place. The owner was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable

I did not like the fact that the bed was springy and extremely uncomfortable. The bed did not have fitted sheets. I had to buy my own sheets. The area was not peaceful at all.

Management & Staff were Very Friendly.
