It was a clean, fairly modern room with suitable space. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was at the north west end of town..ideal for exploring the island without having to travel through town.

This place is a dump! Mold on ceiling in bathroom, toilet rocked back and forth, moldings all beat up, 'clean' towels had black oil stains on them. No house keeping provided for 2 night stay. Breakfast was just okay, but very dark cramped eating area, and had to wait for an open table. NOT worth over $200 a night!

Not my normal place to stay, however it fit for the 1 night I had to stay. The staff are extremely friendly which makes this place get the rating it did.
The place is cute, but a little out dated. Not a big deal for staying 1 night.

Upon walking into the room we got an instant odor of dampness. The beds were squeaky but comfortable enough. The pillows were not comfortable. The towels were thin and old. There were signs of mold along the bathtub. The complimentary breakfast was good. Other hotels in Charlottetown are more expensive so if your on a budget, this hotel will do.

Our stay was comfortable, the room was clean. However we were unaware that this was actually a motel. You drive right up to your room, we were shocked when we arrived but our stay was still enjoyable.

When we booked the hotel we let them know that we would be arriving very late that night. When we checked in after midnight, we were given a room and when we opened the door the room had been used. Bed unmade etc.
That shouldn't have happened. We ended up getting another room, unfortunately the takeout food we brought back with us at this point was cold.
This morning an hour before check out, one of the cleaning staff walks right into our room, no knock etc.
Seems like maybe a disconnect with what rooms are clean, when customers are checked out of the room etc.
