The best thing was the fellow at the desk when we checked in. He was so helpful in helping us get to our Dr. Appointment as we were new to the area. He even put the map on my phone for me so we could not go wrong. So many thanks for that.

第一天入住已感覺不舒服, 浴室的燈光是綠色的, 對著鏡子望全身覺得有點恐怖, 浴巾有點破爛, 浴缸內和牆壁沒有清理乾淨, 電視機又殘舊和銀幕不清, 睡房內的空調不流通, 床褥和床被單有陣異味. 總結來說住得不舒適, 差!

Not very clean.. the cabinet doors in the washroom is teared up and worn out. Tv isn't working, the staff didn't even give us instruction where to go or park after he recieved us. We have to go back to the front desk after we park and ask him again which way to go to our room.

Only have 2 towels and ONE face cloth for 2 occupants eventhough we requested for additional they said its standard and not allowed to get extra??? but take note! We booked a room with jacuzzi so my hustand i have to used same facecloth.

The rooms were not good in condition. We are unable to sleep because due to bad smell. We used the vending machine for taking the toothbrush kit we paid but brush got stuck in another row we called the staff 5-6 times for help but nobody came. This was the worse experience for me and for my family. As per price this is not worth. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
