The wifi system is tricky, but otherwise, spacious room, clean, towels available, with showering amenities.

A man service is not good. He is not very professional on the counter of hotel working.

Good staff and helpful when check in service such as early service and warm heart attitude.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful, especially when we had problems with the WiFi. The room was clean and well presented. Once the refurbishment is completed I am sure the property will look absolutely fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Didn’t like the limited essentials like coffee, sugar & cream! We love our coffee but was only allowed one pack (2 very weak cups) a day

Way over-priced. Hotel was taking advantage of Air Canada strile and raised rates exorbitantly. This is a one-star hotel, in an out-of-the way location.

Handra was absolutely an amazing host and front desk receptionist. She was so friendly and welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know. She even gave us recommendations for local restaurants. The room was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place and we hope to come back!

Property is not how it is currently advertised. The whole building is a construction site, with plastic coverings over doors and halls. The carpet is covered with protective plastic. They are doing a major overhaul but have not advertised the fact. My room was in very poor condition - paint chipping off the wall, odd fastenings in the bathroom holding the mirror up. My window looked out onto rubbish below.

There were slightly different expectations.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and first hotel I stayed at where the access codes to the rooms and hotel after hours is texted on your phone instead of a physical key card

as basic as it get- lots of broken items, expensive, staff working with broken items

BE ADVISED DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They are scammers I booked & paid for a room through Expedia & when i got there to check in they said my visa card wouldn't work for their refundable damage deposit. They refused to even run my card & kept insisting i give them a different credit card. They told me that even though I paid for the room they wouldn't give it to me until I gave them a different credit card. So I left & wasn't able to get refunded for my room that I didn't even step foot in. The place looked pretty rundown anyways & I was only going to stay there because of the cheap price, lesson learned.
