Room was good but needs updating seems like its not very level where 2 seat sofa is and lighting not adequate for reading sliding door has wood at bottom to lock it ,latch is broken for added security on sliding door

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and welcoming. The suite was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped ... and the location! Second to none. We had the perfect stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. Thank you!

The view was spectacular and its location is on the edge of town so it’s quiet. I will say the place was a little older and could use some maintenance, we couldn’t utilize the wonderful deck bc there were dead bugs everywhere, on the hand rails, on the chairs, pretty bad. We liked the town, but would chose a different location to stay next time.

Our whole family had a nice stay in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing with fancy pancake, Starbucks coffee and etc…kids love the slide in the pool area!

Very nice stay.

Had a room with a kitchenette and there was an odour coming from the sink. The toilet leaked slightly each time it was flushed. This room was right by the elevator which made it difficult to sleep. Overall, this place has great potential if it could be kept up better.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was polite at all times. Breakfast was okay but they could add more variety to the menu. Lake view on both sides of the hotel is actually nice and the access to the beach is amazing, they have a very very small pitch and put. Recommend this place for a few nights as the village and parks around are really good.

Upon checking in, I was greeted by a friendly face and was upgraded to a nicer room. The room was clean and tidy. I found the staff were excellent from the front desk, to the housekeeping and the breakfast room. Overall a very good experience.

Staff was very friendly, 2nd time here. Will come back again!

I enjoyed the pool for a great morning swim, I was disappointed with the security of my room as I could not lock the thumb lock/used a chair! Also suggested to the main desk to have a better electrical plugs by the bed for cpap, cell or whatever.

Laminate flooring was so good , made it feel so clean . Beautiful lake view and access
