Check in excellent..Rooms clean..

We have been so well cared for!

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The pool was nice, the rooms clean with no smoke smell

The only thing was the first room that we were given was not cleaned yet. The lady at the desk quickly gave us a new clean room. Thank you

You get what u pay for! But our tv was not functioning.

This is one of our favourite stops when travelling east or west - Brandon is a lovely town, with all amenities nearby the Colonial Inn. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating, the hot breakfast and breakfast room are above average, and we enjoy the menu choices. Great comfortable rooms, good outdoor lighting for parking, and conveniently located, all at a fair price. Highly recommend when in Brandon.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early which was much appreciated. The room was mostly clean with a few areas of opportunity- a bit dusty in places and the corners of rhe washroom door frame are damaged near the bottom. There was plenty of hot water for baths and showers. Coffee was replenished daily. Next time I would request a room that did not overlook the pool so I could open the curtain and have natural light.

Pretty rough place, or at least my room was. Rotten milk in the microwave, Cheetos under the bed, flies in the room ... Staff were nice though!

It was a very old hotel that needs a lot of renovations. It was clean. There were a few vagrants outside the front door which was a little concerning but we also had access through our own outside door

Convenient to eating establishments. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool - it was quite busy. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few options but no baked goods other than bread for breakfast. Would have been nice to have real cream for coffee.

The pet room was very small and the breakfast very minimal

Hot tub jets not working Rooms very dated and mattresses you feel the coils. Bathroom has rust ceiling paint coming off tub slow drain very limited tv channels breakfast a joke no potatoes or muffins or fruit very smelly room air conditioning very loud. Stayed a few day no house keeping they could of made the bed empty garbage but no. No one cares to fix nothing

The hotel was dirty and noisy. The bathroom was not clean, the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky worst experience ever.
