The stay was good

There was no exhaust fan in the washroom and room was very hot

Provided breakfast. Not bad! Advertised bacon, scrambled eggs, cheese but the buffet did not provide these items. Overall though, not bad. Parking $20 so better than a lot of other properties price wise.

The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place

What I appreciated most was that the breakfast was excellent, and the three servers were polite and attentive. The room was clean, although a bit small. However, when we first reported to the front desk that we couldn’t open our door, the staff did not assist us right away. My husband then went down to the desk again to request help. Later, another staff came and was able to fix the door for us.

We just stay one night in this Hotel. Generally was not a good experience. The price was not reasonable based of quality of the room’s amenities, cleanliness and location. After checking in we realized that the accountants deducted more money that was expected and agreed based on the received invoice from the Expedia site which was more annoying. The floor was not clean in the toilet and bedroom. We found hair on the mattress and towels. The pillows were not comfortable and tidy enough. The break fast was not perfect but was ok generally. In general that was not very good experience and I am still waiting to receive the my money back based on the differentiation of the second invoice that the Hotel give it to me!!

The staff was great. Definitely need new pillows.

Breakfast was sub par that we only ate there once, rude people letting doors slam shut early in the morning and the AC was so loud we considered asking for another room. It was a short walk to catch the bus, if we ever went again I would pay extra to stay closer to the action.

Breakfast okay and staff very friendly. Rooms around elevators are not isolated well enough, there is a high pitch ring/ding sound every time the elevator reaches 2’nd floor and at fourth floor there is also sounds from the elevator every time it is used. Inside the room you can hear all the sounds from the elevator and from people passing the doors in the hallway. Cleaning could be better.

Front desk and breakfast staff friendly. Room felt more like a dorm. No seating are except for a desk chair, no closet for belongings. Breakfast was ok, boring. No fresh fruit other than apples. Same sausages, and sliced deli meat every day. Fried and hard boiled eggs.

Older hotel, but clean and close to all the Niagara Falls attractions. Included breakfast okay
