It was very good

the bed & bathroom were clean aircondition set too low, I froze all nite, some of the lights did not work, but my worse complaint, I was put ion a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I was not told that those were the cheap rooms because of this. At age 84 with arthritis I was forced to carry my luggage up the stairs, which I could not do; so I had to leave my suitcase at their storage area. My flight arrived late so there was no one to help me with my luggage. Otherwise the personnel were kind smiling and welcoming. in the Expedia ad this was not mentioned. It was a good place! Very close to the airport!

Great place to stay before and after our flights to Japan. The beds are super comfortable, the place in clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Great shuttle, clean hotel and hot breakfast.

La chambre était très propre. Le personnel était accueillant autant à l'arrivée qu'à notre départ. Le déjeuner était compris dans notre chambre et tout était parfait.

Clean room and friendly staff

Very close to the airport runways, thus VERY noisy. TV remote didn't work. Overall the place looks like it needs refurbishment. Good breakfast though and convenient shuttle.

May be add some spicy dish in breakfast

The complimentary shuttle service was efficient with very little wait time, and the driver was pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, I did not realize the hotel has no elevator, and with heavy luggage this became a very difficult and painful experience. I believe this should be clearly stated on the booking page, especially for elderly guests or persons with medical or physical limitations who may not be able to carry luggage up the flight of stairs. My check-in experience was also disappointing. When I asked about paying the security deposit in cash, the older CSR who attended to me responded in a condescending manner and stated that cash is not usually accepted. Additionally, my room keys were not activated, so after carrying my luggage upstairs and all the way to the back corridor where my room was located, I had to return downstairs to have the keys activated. Needless to say, check-in was frustrating and not a good experience overall. That said, the housekeeping team was exceptional. The room, bathroom, sheets, and towels were all very clean. The cleaning staff were also very sweet, always greeting guests pleasantly and responding kindly. Breakfast was good value for the price paid, and the complimentary hot water/coffee station in the lobby was a thoughtful touch that I appreciated. Checkout was a much better experience. The younger CSR who assisted me was polite, warm, and very pleasant; I truly appreciated her 'Comfort Inn' customer service.

The overall appearance of the interior is dated but well maintained. 1 of the 3 staff I had interaction with was outstanding and very patient (as we were out of country for a very busy time). The individual who checked us in was acceptable and the 3 individual put me on hold the 3 times (for a total of 25 minutes) when I called the d front desk directly (with a questions on the where to catch the shuttle from he airport to the property. Something that a taxi ride (30 usd) for a 5 minute ride.following an exhausting day at the Canadian Grand Prix. I’m not sure I would return to this particular Comfort Inn and I will do some in-depth research should I need to stay at another Comfort Inn establishment

The room was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in! The staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to the airport at 3 AM was great!
