Charged us $20 for a facecloth with some makeup on it, that will easily wash off in the laundry

room was a tad musty, but the updated common areas were very nice, lots of great options for breakfast, and ample parking.

We just needed a one night crash and this was perfect. Clean, quiet, spacious room, very friendly and helpful receptionist, better than expected breakfast (sausage and eggs, waffles if you wanted them).

The fire alarm randomly went off at 5am and the only staff member there had literally zero idea how to turn it off.

Everything was clean , quiet and tidy . The only problem was that a fire alarm went off about 4:30 am . No fires !

Friendly and clean, breakfast good, young man serving was very good. Cons. Terrible pillows, bed not very comfortable. Would stay again.

Our stay was pretty short as we checked in after a wedding at 1am. The gentleman and the front counter was very pleasant and helpful. He made check in easy. He is probably the highlight of my stay. The room itself is nothing to wrote home about but it was pretty clean so no complaints. The only complaint is that they have a bunch of muskoka chairs out front that i assume are just for guests to hang out. The bad thing about this is that they were situated right outside our room and the people were very loud. We decided to wait until around 2am and they didnt settle down, so i wemt to the front desk to ask if he could do something about it. Again the gentleman at the desk was super nice about it and went to ask the poeple to move very promptly.

Stayed here after flying in early am. Room smelt very musty and both myself and child woke up w dry nose and throats. Bed was small, definitely not a queen as advertised. Breakfast was pretty limited options and coffee was terrible. Rooms outdated but we got a few hours of sleep.

Bit expensive, but nice

The staff weren't all that friendly. Our room had moldy, wet towels because the sink was leaking. The breakfast wasn't all that good.

Clean rooms, great service

The lobby is very nicely done. The breakfast was subpar. The bathroom outlet didn’t work. Otherwise it was good. It’s a very nice hotel for the price. I’d stay there again for sure.

The parking space was large and the facilities were clean, but the staff was very unfriendly when I checked in. I felt pretty bad getting a little annoyed that I didn't understand you saying it all at once.

Room, bathroom and motel was clean. Although we didn't use the microwave and fridge are nice features. Mattress quality was poor, likely older as it felt like a hammock. Having to wait for room to be inspected in order to have security deposit refunded was an unexpected time waster and had to chase deposit from hotel and bank several days later as deposit had been charged in advance.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation . Came to town to attend a graduation ceremony at UoG. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Was under construction that wasn't mentioned

Stay was ok, breakfast was great, wouldn't let us check in a bit early

Lobby was remodeled and it was beautiful The only thing we didn't like was no USB ports to charge our stuff up.
