Great Breakfast

Personnel très gentil Chambre propre

It is well situated for a one night stay in Sherbrooke. The entrance off a very busy road is a little tricky. The desk clerk was very friendly and very helpful. Fluently bilingual which as a bonus.

L'emplacement de ce Comfort Inn est ok pour un hotel de passage, mais c'est tout. Et un détail anondin, les escaliers pour accéder au deuxième étage se trouvent aux deux extrémités de l'immeuble, alors que la réception et les services sont au centre. Notre chambre était au deuxième en plein centre de l'immeuble, alors pour simplement allez chercher des grignotines et breuvages qui se trouvaient à la réception, l'on devait marcher à l'extrémité de l'immeuble, descendre , et revenir vers le milieu. Pas une grande marche, mais quand on a mal à une jambe, c'est long ! Le petit déjeuner ( inclu) , les oeufs étaient asséchés et sans saveur, les saucisses également, ainsi que les pommes de terre... et le café pas bon. De plus une affiche nous demande de ne pas prendre plus de 10 minutes pour manger notre petit déjeuner !!!! 😠 . Bref , un endroit ordinaire tout au plus, mais au moins la chambre et salle de bains étaient propres

Breakfast was great

Very good breakfast with hot eggs and sausages. Lots of other food too from cereal to toast.

Nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit mais tout était top. Le checkin plus tard suite à une journée plein air dans les gorges de Coaticook s'est passé très facilement et rapidement. La chambre était propre et bien climatisé à notre arrivée. Les lits très confortable. Et le petit déjeuner inclus était très bien (choix variés, plat chaud, ...). Le personnel est courtois. Qualité Prix c'est un très bon choix.

Bon endroit pour passer une nuit à Sherbrooke dans un contexte d'affaires. Grande chambre avec un lit confortable. Pas de flafla. Le buffet du déjeuner est de base mais bien. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great for the price and in a hurry

I travel frequently and stay in hotels more than 60 nights per year. I am also a Platinum member with Marriott Bonvoy, so I am very familiar with hotel standards and customer service expectations. I chose this hotel only because I wanted a convenient option for my 82-year-old mother. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. When we arrived, we discovered there were no elevators in the hotel. Despite explaining my mother’s age and physical condition, the staff initially refused to provide us with a room on the first floor. As a result, my mother had to climb stairs and was completely out of breath upon reaching the room. I consider this unacceptable and potentially dangerous for an elderly guest. The hotel itself is far below the standards that should reasonably be expected for the price charged. While the room was minimally clean, the property is extremely outdated and poorly equipped. Among the issues we encountered: Air conditioning blowing directly onto the beds and guests’ faces and stopped working completely. The night was suffocating because opening the windows is not an option. - directly on boulevard. No USB charging ports Only one chair despite the room having two beds Paper cups instead of proper glassware Strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel General condition and presentation far below acceptable standards

Everything was good and had a good breakfast!

A quick stop for long distance travel. Clean, great accommodating staff. I would definitely stay again.
