My experience at this Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about safety, accessibility, and basic customer service. I sprained my ankle in the hotel’s unsanded, unsalted parking lot and spent seven hours in the emergency room. When I returned at 1 a.m. on crutches, the situation became even worse: the building is not wheelchair accessible, and I had been assigned a second‑floor room with no elevator. Despite my obvious injury, the night staff offered no assistance—no help with the doors, no apology, and no attempt to move me to a ground‑floor room. The woman working that night was openly rude and dismissive, with only one male employee showing any professionalism or kindness the morning I checked out. This level of disregard for guest safety and dignity is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location or any Comfort Inn in the future!

Nice staff, very comfortable room and bed. However, room was a little dirty, and very noisy being so close to the lobby.

We spent a week while attending s sport event at the McIntyre down the road. Great location on the main highway close to many restaurants in 2-5 minute drive. Good breakfast with hot food items too. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Friendly staff, clean room. Prices were reasonable for Timmins. There is an issue with plumbing that will need to be addressed eventually. The staff did their best to help with the toilet not flushing and the bathtub not draining. Aside from that, great stay!

The room was very clean, everything worked ( tv, fridge, heating, and all bathroom facilities) and the beds were firm and comfortable. My husband enjoyed the waffles and coffee was available all day. Good stay.

The room smelled funky. Would you be up to doing a deep clean? The carpets. Even the heating/cooling was spewing out the funky smell. Hair in one of the beds and the way the creases were in the sheet, it looked like it had already been previously used. Grabbed one of the facecloths and found a long strand of hair. Grabbed another facecloth and found another strand of hair. The room I stayed in was opposite the entrance to the second floor. Lots of opening and closing throughout the night - understandable. Would you consider sound-proofing the door…even sealing the threshold could help and adding some padding.

the breakfast menu was stale and the worker was putting things away even thou people were coming to eat. Parking was safe the rooms need uograding cigarette burns on the tub

Clean room, affordable and quiet. Beds were comfy and enjoyed the driveup room. Breakfast was alright for hot continental.

Glad to not have carpet in my room. Very clean. Outdated but it was very nice there.

Secure parking and shops nearby

The bed was hard and it was a very noisy bed. Also, the doors of people leaving early (I do understand that there are contractors who stay there) slammed early in the morning. I'd suggest putting known contractors at one end where they can use one exit door and other guests at another end. It wasn't a terrible stay, and the staff is amazing. Just a suggestion.
