Had multiple police cars and ambulances. My uber driver asked me if I was sure I wanted to get out and stay here.

It was an okay accommodation, cold floors no slippers. Had a terrible migrain called to get Tylenol, they had none only tylenol for colds. Extremely noisy walls are thin. Parking very expensive.

Hotel seemed busy with new construction going on next door. They have a ton of security inside the lobby,elevators,and outside, which looks weird and not safe,although it was safe.

Lovely hotel, location was perfect! very efficient shuttle, the staff was amazing. We only had breakfast once and it was great, will definitely stay here again.

Felt very safe with security guards in parking lot. Friendly staff. Very clean.

Hotel is very quiet considering its proximity to airport.

Booked our hotel room a month in advance and when we got there with our family of 4 we were told they had no more rooms with 2 beds like we booked all they had was 1 bed rooms. Had to share one bed with our family for the weekend. Not even a sorry or explanation or any kind of discount. Staff was rude, food was way overpriced and the pool was so cold my kids couldn’t swim longer than 5 minutes before having to get out. Terrible experience ruined are weekend will never be staying here again!!

Clean/quiet hotel close to the airport

Airport noise was excessive. Road noise. Partiers in hallway after 1 am. Parking fees and system very confusing

Hotel was great. Check in was quick and room was clean. Its close to restaurants. The shuttle was quick and the driver went above and beyond.

I tend to stay here when going to the airport. But the staff keeps me coming back.

Up market hotel near Toronto Pearson airport. Well appointed and good value but did not appreciate the $28 CA for car parking which should have been complimentary.

Hotel was clean with good dining option in walking distance.

I was given room on the 12th floor which is ok but hallway smells bad and someone smokes a weed and smelled so terrible even inside my room .

Amazing stay here just come to an end and we were sad to be leaving! Fantastic hotel for pearsson airport (just round the corner 5 mins) we were without a car but there was plenty of parking but we used uber/lyft to get around. Our main point of drop off was the cn tower which was
