the staff were very unprofessional with how they handled that situation!
they kept telling us that our room was calling 911 but we weren’t in there all morning, so we just unplugged the phone when we did go back to the room and they proceeded to say that it was still calling 911!
very very unprofessional!

Property is very clean. Staff welcoming and kind. Our room was very comfortable- great bed, excellent pillows. Smaller room. But well kept. Bathroom may need an upgrade.
We have stayed here twice and would happily return.

The shower made loud noises when in use. The door handle to the bathroom was broken. The bathroom was not fully cleaned. The TV kept cutting out constantly. On a very busy road.
The AC unit helped to keep the room cool and comfortabke. The size of the room was good too. The Tim Hortons in the parking lot was really convenient!
