It was ok , room was clean

Great service, clean, convenient location.

Sink was broken. Literally smashed with a big chunk out of it. Plug for the fridge was torn out of the wall and literally a fire hazard. Air conditioning rattled so bad I had to turn it off. I knew right away when I walked into the property that when I heard a low battery smoke detector beeping in the lobby that I was in trouble.

It was really convenient to highway but the dark green jetted tub looked tired and was difficult for older folks to get in and out as the edge was very high.

Parking was great and plenty. Bathroom had dirty walls and missing plug ins. Holes and tears in window screens as well as soiled chair. The Tv remote was sticky and barely working. Mattress was ok but very soft. Luckily only stayed for one night. May not return to this location.

It was fairly easy for our wheel chair companion to get around. It Ian older hotel so some of the building is old

Adequate accommodations. Very clean. Adequate service. No staff member ever went out of their way for us. Had to ask for everything: a second room key, pool towels, etc. Jet tub in the room didn't work. Pool and waterslide were great.

Room was large with comfortable seating for relaxing, beds were good and everything was clean. Our 1st room did not have lights that worked so had to move to another room. Public areas need some new carpet, etc, but were clean. Pool area was good, but water temp. was very cold so didn't go into pool. Limited staff so not prompt service at times. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel was just ok - the room was at the front of the hotel and the noise from the construction outside made it very hard to sleep until about 11:30 pm when they stopped for the night. Also the lights from the parking area kept shining in our room. The hotel needs some renovations done.

It is family friendly. The staff was awesome. They don't serve breakfast. It is old but really nice. Parking is easy to find. Overall decent place.

Pool and water slide was fantastic. Rooms and hallways fairly dated , but functional. Another staff member and prime check in time would have really helped, long lines to ask a question. Good location

The room was booked with specification of jetted bath tub. Upon arrival, the bath tub was not jetted and reception staff confirmed it doesn’t work and is a normal bath tub. No available similar room had the jetted tub. The Manager was not available to discuss.

Great location. Coldest pool we have ever been in.
